The videos were good; clear and at a good pace. It would be great to have a Manual with all your information, from slides and glossary, to print off . This can be used to study for the quizzes and for future reference when on the job.

Hello Stacy, Every customer has access to the course for up to a year which means you can relaunch the modules and navigate to certain parts of the course, as you please. The problem with a manual is that you can not control who has access to the material and considering how much we invest in these courses, we can't have someone purchase a manual and share it to the entire company.

It was hard to stay awake listening to that woman’s monotone voice . You could try to make it a little more lively

Some of the questions felt irrelevant like how many catergories are in this group? I guess it shows you’re paying attention but I began taking notes on things that were not really beneficial or relevant knowledge

The courses were informative but I found the voice used felt robotic and monotone so it was hard to feel engaged. I was looking forward to the AODA course, it would have been nice to have learned more of the specific on policies, procedures and interaction and more scenario based questions.

The course was very informative, basic knowledge of chainsaw handling, parts, and safety. I would have liked to see more practical information eg, chain and machine maintenance, etc.

Hello Stephan, Thank you very much for your feedback! We are, in fact, in the process of rewriting that course and it will be a bit more comprehensive as it will be completed with information from the CSA Standard Z62.1-15 (R2020). Since you will have access to the course for one year, you can relaunch the material at any point, however it will be hard to pinpoint exactly where the new slides and the new information will be located as these extra slides will be added to their appropriate category.

Why don't you use a real man's voice. Too long

We did and customers complained about that as well.

Training was OK BUT crane training should not have a one year expiry date.

Hello Adam, The "Next Recommended Training Date" mentioned on the certificate is not an expiration date. You/your employer will have to consult your provincial legislation when it comes to the expiration date because there can be differences between one province to another. If in your province, the expiration is 3 years, then that's when you will have to renew it.

I would like to have a option to get a book so you can use it as a reference

The course was very thorough and educational. There were some grammar mistakes throughout the course.

The quiz's ask the wrong questions. They focus on thinks like "how many classes of hazards are there". It doesn't make anyone safer to know the purpose of whmis or that the ghs replaced it. The important things are ignored in testing. This was a waste of a good opportunity to learn the useful aspects of Whmis.

Hello Jan, You can download your certificate at any point by logging into your account and press the download button located next to your course. Also, we email the certificates automatically every time a customer finishes the course. For whatever reason, if you still are unable to locate your certificate, send us an email or give a phone call and we can sort this out for you.

The automated voice almost puts you to sleep. Also the pronunciation of tools and hazards was off, along with some of the material being read in the wrong order which was strange.

Hello Cody, All courses have a mute button. We have tried 3 types of voice-over (real woman, real man & software) and unfortunately, it seems that we can't please everyone no matter how much we try when it comes to this aspect of the presentation.
