Very basic information with no practical examples of how to execute the safety standards. Several discrepancies between text on slides and the audio.

It was an okay experience. It needs to be made clear on the quizzes that there can be multiple correct choices that need to be made to get a correct answer score. There were spelling mistakes in the module info that need to be corrected.

Course was clear and to the point. Just wish the female speaker had a bit of a better flow when speaking and a little less fake of a voice.

Thank you for your review, Crystal! To develop our programs, we've used five different VO professionals up until this point, and this is the voice that was most acceptable by the majority of our customers. Ultimately, it comes down to different tastes and naturally, we can not please everyone as people may have other preferences. But, still, I am leaving this comment here so that you know that we've invested a lot into that part of the process, and I can assure you that no other competitor out there does a better job.

Start the training with a clear drawing of all the parts and items names related to scaffolding. Then do the training. That way people with no experience will know what you're talking about.

Hello Dylan, What problems did you face with our services?
Posted 1 year ago
The system was not very intuative and the question were a bit unclear for a couple. For some reason the system told me I had completed each module even though I had not watched it. I had to start each one again. Wouldn't be my first choice for future training.

Found the course uninteresting and more geared towards grade school audience. Videos, and less monotone on the narrator would be a benefit.

Well developed course but the voice used is best for bedtime stories instead of instructional material.

Hello David, The course length is displayed on the product page, prior to making your purchase. On top of that, you don't have to do the entire program in one ago, as you can pause and resume as you would like and the progress is always saved.

The Course was amazing and the information was great, BUT the quiz was boring. You don't know how many questions you still have and 30 questions it was too much. Thank you

It says it’s for Canada but using units of measurement not used in Canada. It should be updated to Sieverts and not Roetgens.

When I was finnished a module I had to login to get to the next module. Not sure why it would kick me out after finishing a module. Should be able to just click on the next module and continue the course

You need to update your slides, unable to read bullet points as they are not visible with white letters on a white background.

You do know that the person reading has at least 3 misspoken words and in 1 not the word at all

Hello Heath Cook, 3 misspoken words in over 10000 words of content are absolutely normal. We work with real people and we manage over 36 courses. Mistakes are bound to happen. Literally, any book you purchase has a much higher ratio of misspelling or grammar mistakes per thousand words. I am sorry that the presentations didn't live up to your expectations.
