“E19 fault on my Bosch dishwasher, only 4 years old. Was about to buy a replacement at £470 when I had one last look at a diy repair, details and assessment on You Tube, ordered the part from eSpares, great online checker to ensure the replacement valve was compatible, next day service was spot on, part fitted and appliance working again, item with post £28 saving £440, great service.”

“I ordered a spare part but did not get the confirmation email. I contacted customer service and they sorted out my problem within 24hrs. On receiving a telephone call i discovered that i had not updated my email address so it was my error. This company deserves top marks for customer service. Would buy from them again and recommend them.”

“I ordered AA batteries for Christmas at a brilliant price but was disappointed when I received AAAs. I was very much in doubt that they could be replaced in time so I asked for a refund. Within only 2 days, at no extra cost, eSpares had delivered the replacement. I am very impressed for such a small order. For me, service is often more important than the article itself, so eSpares will remain at the top of my list for future purchases. A1 all round! Well done!”

“Had a cracked freezer door. With the model number and size, I found a replacement in three minutes... ordered and delivered the next day. Their "how to fit" video isalso worth watching as there are little gems of information to make it easier to do. Will definitely use them again as and when needed.”

“I had an issue with my delivery address ( paypal error) on my original order - I emailed espares on Facebook and issue was rectified swiftly and efficiently. Customer Services dispatched my order the next day free of charge. Excellant service - thankyou.”

“Saved my Christmas twice last year the heating element went on my oven M Kenwood K Mixer stopped turning on both occassions used utube to see if I could fix the best about eSpares is that if you put the model no. In for you appliance the site tells you if that particular part is suitable to your appliance I would certainly recommend eSpares an excellent service and saved me a bomb. Repair shops in the area would not take the repair on and Kenwood had givenmea starting quote to repair of £150.00. Have a go at DIY I thought I was going to have throw my mixer out and the actual repair cost £15.00”

“eSpares have saved Christmas TWICE! Last year our trusty cooker broke down and we had no oven. With guests already staying with us and finances tight, we had a dilemma. eSpares however had an oven element in stock and useful video links to help me repair our cooker just in-time. This year the oven door latch failed. Without looking anywhere else, I went straight to eSpares and ordered a new catch. Both repairs cost a fraction of the cost of a new oven, and the video links were very useful in giving me the confidence to fix the cooker myself.”

“What I like about eSpares is not only do they sell products at a reasonable cost but they are also efficient and answer queries quickly. I ordered goods over the Christmas period and there was a delay with delivery, I checked with eSpares and they resolved the issue quickly and politely. I will definitely be using this company again. “put the part numbers in and they just came up on the espares screen even with a picture of the items that i wanted to fix the cooker with , they were sent to me in quick time even saying when they were going to arrive they fit perfect checked it then put everything back together works a treat most important missis is happy with xmas coming up top job espares 5 star thank you Ron”

“Got my tumble dryer 'control panel buttons' delivered today as found mine had snapped yesterday. Control panel stripped, part changed, put back together and running within 15 minutes. Saved money doing it myself. The biggest cost was to have it delivered next day.”

“Cheap and easy to order. The first dispatched didn’t turn up within a few weeks so I contacted them and they quickly sent another. Then the original turned up - I told them and they said I could keep it!”
