I can honestly recommend e-spares as it is a pleasure to order off of them and they don't mind if you are a novice they will guide and help you with what you need ! I didn't think i would sort my problem out as it was just a stupid little part my wife had thrown away accidentally when cleaning.

I wa delighted with the service I received from eSpares, having had no help from the supplier of my oven to get a replacement inner glass door, I turned to the internet, quickly found what I wanted, ordered it and it was delivered the next day.......problem solved, would not hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely brilliant service. My tumble dryer was making some odd noises and didn't want to risk inviting someone into my home to repair it due to lockdown. With the videos and website I was able to quickly diagnose the issue, place the order on Saturday evening and the part was delivered on Monday and we had the tumble dryer back up and running that evening. We are using the dryer a lot more now in winter and with having to launder the kids' school clothes more often. Saved us a lot of money and was fixed quickly. Very happy indeed.

Late on a Saturday evening - in a mega grump because my dishwasher was not heating up - I stumbled upon the eSpares website. It was a godsend as I am the world's most useless DIYer but eSpares helped me to diagnose the possible cause. Given that I'm not working because of Covid, I'm a bit strapped for cash and I was dreading having to call out a repair person. But, eSpares solved that dilemma by providing a lovely short video on how to test/remove/replace the suspect part and I now know how to use the multimeter I bought years ago but have never used because I didn't know how! So, having diagnosed the problem I went online (late on Saturday evening) and ordered a replacement - which arrived at 9.0 am on Mon when it was delivered by a helpful, cheery deliverer from DPD. The dishwasher was back in working order in no time at all at, I guess, half of the cost of having a professional call-out. Yes, I know I was lucky because it doesn't always work out right and the fault might have been more obscure. However, on this occasion everything went smoothly from the time I stumbled upon eSpares to the efficient and timely delivery by DPD and, following a quick video refesh from the website, installing the new part. Nope, I've nothing to do with either eSpares or DPD but I know good service when I receive it. Bravo.

5* I have a very old oven which without Espares would be no more. Even down to liners and small control buttons that my cardigan pocket keeps losing. Thank you Espares for excellent service...and a great stock of things. Sincerely, Loreen Smith.

I broke one of my fridge shelves while washing it. I tried a few websites to find a replacement; eSpares was the only one that had the precise model listed so that I knew I was buying the right thing. It arrived promptly and fits perfectly.

Recently I ordered a replacement lamp for my MicroWave but realised on arrival it was the wrong one, I immediately ordered the correct one and asked customer services how I might return the first one and claim a refund. Customer services immediately refunded the first payment and I was very impressed. This a very trustworthy company

Got a now door seal for my from spares Good price came very fast on started post Tuck 10 to 15 minutes to fit. Very pleased can recommend. Mr H Smith.

I needed a filter for my Miele vacuum and couldn’t find the one l wanted . After e mailing eSpares they sorted the one for me . They were very helpful and efficient and l was extremely impressed with them

Ordered the new fan oven heating element, arrived next day. Having watched the video , how it fit etc.. Gave it a try -took 45minutes.All went well. Thanks to all the information provided. The service received and advise given , excellent .The item good value and good quality Excellent service from start to finish.

I didn't realise when I ordered a bag for the outdoor vacuum that I needed to order 2 parts. When I contacted Espares I did not have to pay a delivery charge for the part I omitted to order. The way the issue was dealt with was speedy and courteous. It was customer service at its best- other firms could take a lesson.

A really good spares company. I ordered a belt cover for my mower. It arrived very quickly. But after opening the package, I noticed a split in the rear part of the plastic housing. Convinced that this would not be an issue, I fitted it to the mower, and proceeded to give the grass a final cut for the season. Bad move!. It broke in bits after about 10 mins. I did not contact Espares, because I fitted it knowing that it was split. I left a non positive or negitive, review on Trust Pilot, which the company immediately picked up on and contacted me. They offered, without question or prejudice a replacement part. This I accepted, and received the new part this week. It arrived in perfect condition, and the lawns are now prepared for the winter ! The broken item has been returned (grass and all), using the pre paid label, readily supplied. Excellent customer service, will highly recommend, and will use again for sure. Many thanks E Spares. I couldn't fault the service I received from eSpares. I was looking for a cover lid and filler cap for a smoothie and they were back with an answer in no time. They discovered the filler cap was obsolete so there was no point in buying the lid. They saved me hours of searching online.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I ordered something and thought it was coming next day delivery, I didnt look properly and chose standard delivery (3-5 days) which wouldn't of got here in time for me to move. I got a free replacement to make sure it got to me on time . Thankyou so much Hamza for your amazing customer service!
