“I have found espares to be a excellent way to source parts. The website leads you in to the make and model and gives options. It's worth looking carefully at the options because little discrepancies can creep to descriptions where there are similarities with parts, as recently happened for me. However, espares sent my reorder very fast and made the return easy, so top marks for that. Recommended.”

“I ordered a replacement freezer drawer for a chap with learning difficulties who I help. I explained that ,while perfectly competent, he needed gentle and sympathetic communication. He received the correct part in good time and was very happy with the arrangement.”

“My name is Robert,I used espares for a top oven glass door,I searched the internet and the only place I found is espares.This company is super efficient, not only did I find the on a fifteen year old oven Hotpoint BU72K,I contacted by email and explained that I am a new customer,and I had forgotten to put my discount voucher in twenty percent off final price.There contacted me by email the same day and said there would refunding me twenty six pound back for the twenty percent off. This company is so efficient,and made my experience a joy to work with,also informed me that the part had to be ordered in and it could be dispatched 27/10/2020. Many thanks espares and keep up the brilliant customer service. Yours Sincerely Robert.”

“An excellent and fast service! My tumble dryer broke down and wouldn't heat anymore. I live in the countryside and getting someone out to look at it would cost €70 before any labour or parts. Using eSpares videos, I was able to diagnose the problem and identify the faulty part. I ordered the part (€49.00 including delivery), which was delivered to Ireland in four working days. Again using an eSpares video, was able to fit the part within 10 minutes. Tumble dryer is now working perfectly again. I reckon that I saved €150!”

“Ordered a replacement shaving foil & cutter which I'd tried to obtain at the beginning of July.2020. Eventually I was refunded the cost due to item no longer being available due to the age of the Braun (Cruzer) Razor. Happened to be looking for something else at the beginning of this month and noticed the out of stock shaving foil was back in stock again. Ordered both it and 2 sets of vacuum storage bags only to be told by e-mail that the bags were out of stock and there would be a slight delay, Was pleasantly surprised on Friday for the "hard to obtain" shaving foil was delivered on its own and then yesterday morning another delivery - yes the out of stock vacuum bags were also delivered. Talk about going that extra mile in not only keeping the customer informed throughout and also meeting that customer's expectations. Well done indeed eSpares”

“From my first contact with Hamza on eSpares Face Book messages the service I got was exceptional..I didn't even have the correct Model no. of my cooker (Old Eyes)but Hamza was the essence of patience and efficiency.Suffice to say my problem was solved and I was directed to the exact page to order my element.Amazingly it was delivered in 5 days from date of ordering and I live in Ireland. eSpares can be very proud of the service provided by their staff and I would recommend eSpares to anyone in need of electrical spare parts.A big "THANK YOU" to Hamza for his assistance ..it was much appreciated .”
