“Just now, some firms are trying to use the excuse of the coronavirus problem to explain their poor service ! Not so with Espares who are giving their usual excellent customer service: helpful, easy to contact, brilliant ! I have been using them for quite a few years and they are just what every customer yearns for.”

“Just now, many other businesses explain their failings by referring to the coronavirus problem. Not so with Espares. They have given me excellent service for many years and are my first choice for any replacement electrical items. They are brilliant, helpful and all aimed at keeping their customers HAPPY.”

“I ordered a wrong part for my oven and they tracked a new one down for me and let me return the wrong one. Especially good as my range cooker is 13 years old and the parts are scarce. Sent a new one out as soon as I notified them. Kept me informed all through. Thank you eSpares.”

“Well, due to being out of stock at the time of ordering (no fault of ESPARES) I decided to await the delivery as the cooker hood still worked in fast mode (previous occupant had destroyed the switch interlocks by pressing more than one button. Part arrived today, did not know if it would fit due to the hood being the early type, but, hey presto, removed the support bracket and swopped the units over, took total of 15 minutes, great company to deal with, keeping customers informed when items are in short supply.”

“This co supplied me gas fittings ,but wrong type ordered by ME not supplied by them but with out any complications they took them back, refunded me all my money. They did not have to do it,but they did, .....this was the best service I have had for a long while ~& when i require any items they will be first on my list. Wonderful.”

“When, through no fault of their own, eSpares were unable to obtain the item I wanted in time from the manufacturers and I asked for a refund they expedited this very swiftly, without any fuss. I was most impressed with their courtesy and efficiency. Will definitely use them again.”

“I've used espares few times and I've always been pleased with them. Always top quality products, very fast delivery and a lot of useful videos to help you fix your appliances yourself. “Have used espares a few times and always been very happy with the service and the products. This time, unfortunately, we had to return our order - our fault not espares. “Purchase made and delivered in good time, sadly the component was not the one I thought I needed. “I ordered a part for my kettle as this was the only website I could find that sells it. The price was great aswell. After a few weeks I realised I hadn't received the item yet so I reached out on Facebook and the response was really quick. They sent me a new part that same day and they couriered it next day! Great service, really helpful, friendly and quick! Will order again and would definitely recommend.”
