“Ordered the new oven element Saturday evening. It arrives 0730 Monday morning (I'd paid £2 extra for rapid delivery) & fitted perfectly. The lower element fixing screw wouldn't come out but there's enough give in the element that it'll fit over the bottom fitting. Didn't need to take the door off (Creda) but did need to remove the oven light cover. Told everyone "don't look elsewhere - go to espares".”

“Navigating espares website was easy, and the facility to check the part was correct for your appliance should eradicate the frustration of having to return incorrect items. Their service was second to none; confirmation and despatch of the order was rapid, in line with their advertised timescales and the packaging was robust. Espares also notified me of the delivery window, which was narrowed down by a text messaage from Megan, the DPD delivery lady. I have no hesitation in recommending this company”

“The door lock for my Beko washer was exactly what I wanted and fitted perfectly and easily. The instruction video provided prior to my purchase was also very useful and informative. I will definitely recommend espares and use them again”

“e spares always have what you are looking for and more, from fridge cleaner to washer limescale preventer. The washing machine man said you use e spares in your washer you can tell. The fridge smell absorber was brilliant, arrived one day and over night no more smells, my neighbour bought one as it is shaped like a bear. You order one day and the next day it is on the door step, The company really know what the customer wants, costs are kept low, and they are British. Would I buy again you bet I would. It is service with a smile at its best and the videos are brilliant.”

“You get 1st Class service, the site is relatively easy to navigate so you find the right part, if not shout for help and they will help, even to the extent of "sending" exploded diagrams. I ordered something but out of stock and not likely to come in shortly, they kept order on file and sent it as soon as stock arrived they didn't just cancel it.”

“Brilliant company, definitely my new go to place for spares as I like to do as much fix it jobs as I can myself. They have lots of useful info on their website and you can also call for help and advice. Had to deal with customer services to return something I no longer needed and they were quick, efficient, helpful and courteous. I think ordering online you need to have good level of trust in a company and I have 100% trust in eSpares and feel even if I had a problem with an order they would do what they could to help me out. Thank you.”
