“My wife told me the oven door was not staying closed. Honestly, this was not my fault, as I don't do the cooking, but she expected me to resolve it. I logged onto Espares and ordered the new catch, which came in a couple of days. I then had Matt (the winders of Youtube) show me how to remove and refit the door. With Matt helping me it was a reasonably easy job. There is no reason to mention to my wife that Matt did most of the thinking because I did the actual replacement of the catch. I am now the hero of the house again. Thank you E-Spares”

“During-lock down we discovered a replacement part provided, did not fit our Dyson vac. We contacted eSpares who then supplied the an alternative part for the vac. Being in lock-down we could not return the original part until some 17 weeks later. We received a full refund despite the delay in returning the part.”

“This Company was recommended to me by Domestic & General, to get a flat oven shelf for my Rangemaster Classic 60 Black Cooker. After been let down by another Company, eSpares were excellent to deal with. They checked their stock and sent me a link to purchase the shelf! I received the shelf really quickly. All in all Great Service and Staff leading to one very HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!”

“We wanted 2 baskets for the new chest freezer we purchased last week. We searched so many websites we nearly gave up then I recalled we purchased a variety of electrical parts from eSpares a few years ago so we tried them. The website was easy for us to navigate, I'm an 80, and we quickly found exactly the freezer baskets we wanted. The price was fair and we ordered them. They arrived so quickly we were pleasantly surprised. The packing was good and they fitted our freezer perfectly. We are very satisfied customers.”
