“I am absolutely thrilled to pieces that I came across e-spares. I will definitely use them again without a second thought, everything was so easy. I googled my dishwasher model no. with the problem, checked their website from the results, not only did I find the part, there was a brilliant ‘how to fix it’ video right there on the page. Normally I would call an engineer but I ordered my spare part (at a great price) and having watched the brilliant video, I had the confidence to successfully repair my dishwasher myself! I did contact customer services to check on my part delivery time, as I ordered my part just days before the total lockdown started, so there was a completely understandable delay. They were polite, efficient and thorough, my part arrived days later and I had regular emails updating me. Im feeling chuffed to bits I did this myself and at a tiny fraction of the cost of an engineer too. Thank you so much!”

“My delivery went missing with the delivery co. Due to covid19 I had to leave a time to receive the item. Even after a month I contacted espares about non delivery, within 2 hours I had been contacted and a new delivery arranged. No arguments no quibbles. Absolutely fantastic service,will definitely be using again & recommend to my friends. Thank you espares”

“This is the first time I have used eSpares and I would comment that their service was exemplary. The online search for the exact spare for my Beko Freezer was quick and simple, the order was acknowledged immediately and within a very short time Next Day dispatch was confirmed. The next day I received notice that the item would be delivered and then a further advice giving me the delivery driver name and a 1 Hour time slot Brilliant service from start to finish. Well Done all!!”

“Needed a compatible replacement for bottle shelf we had broken in 11 yr old JL fridge/freezer/wine cooler. Was delivered within 3 days. Smart unit smart again. Excellent Chat communication and service. Hooray.”

“Fitted an oven element earlier in the year, supplied by eSpares. This element failed 2 weeks ago so contacted eSpares about their guarantee policy. Told product was covered, they immediately (within hours) dispatched a replacement without any cost to me. I printed off prepaid address label for the return of faulty part. Have used eSpares previously. Parts I required have always been in stock, dispatched promptly, adequately packaged and competitively priced. Also, website has online instructions on how to fit/install part. What more can you ask for?”

“I ordered some parts for a domestic machine. Spares were unable to supply me after they had spent a considerable time trying to locate. Even though I was unfortunate not to receive these Spares they kept me informed at all times. My refund was quickly dealt with. Their customer care is 100%. Certainly will hopefully use them in future.”
