“I have purchased from eSpares many times and am always pleased with their swift and helpful service. My dad made a recent purchase but it wasn't suitable. eSpares went above and beyond to help him. “Have used eSpares for many years and have always found them a great company. Recently ordered a water bottle for my Samsung Fridge and it arrived with a manufacturing defect. The guys at eSpares quickly assessed and sorted the issue, sending a replacement in double quick time. Would definitely continue to recommend them for any fix it yourselfers out there!”

“Brilliant customer service, I ordered the same thing twice, chatted to Samantha and Saf who sorted the problem for me and cancelled one order. I received confirmation emails from customer services of my Ofer being sent my duplicate order being cancelled and reimbursed. The prices are reasonable and the site is very easy to use. Thank you for great service in difficult times.”

“I required a specific RCB of a non-common design for my cooker hood, after trying several companies and trying to be fobbed off with alternatives as told original obsolete. I then went on eSpares web site & found it very easy to use, with excellent diagrams of the spares in their stock and found what I wanted within minutes. This was ordered, and dispatched very quickly. A first class company”

“Ordered grill elements for Rangemaster cooker Sunday , the items arrived the following Saturday morning, watched the instruction video on the e-spares site, and fitted the parts to the cooker, great service and can recommend them, and will be using them again if required.”

“I had to contact espares after I ordered a bread pan from them which did not fit my machine. They were quick to respond to my queries and I was able to return it with postage paid. I was then quickly refunded with the total purchase price and postage. Excellent customer service.”

“Very prompt service. I was able to purchase the required parts for my 26 year old Tricity Bendix CH550B cooker hood. One part proved very difficult for me to change, so conceded defeat and returned it to eSpares. Great customer service as they contacted me offering to help me choose the correct part. It was the correct part, but this 70+ year old, not too good at DIY, had problems in trying to change over the part. Excellent customer service, good prices, and I will definitely use eSpares again in the future.”
