Item delivered with speed and on returning part of order I was refunded in full within 4 days company comes out top In my book advise anyone to look no further than Espares

My Dyson had no Serial No on it; the battery had no Part No on it....eSpares sent me pics giving me an option of 2 that might suit. One of them was exactly right. AND it was delivered 4 days earlier than the estimate.!! Wonderful to have such good service. TQVM

Ordered an item, then realised upon checking the order again later that I had ordered the wrong part. Emailed a feedback form but that said 48 hour response time, and was trying to resolve this before the incorrect item was dispatched. Got in contact the next day via Twitter, and had an immediate response. They told me it was too late to stop the dispatch of the wrong item, but that they would issue a refund for it anyway and I wouldn't even have to return it. Then just had to a new order for the correct item. Excellent service, especially considering it was my mistake. Special thanks to Hamza for resolving it so quickly.

I recently ordered a replacement glass shelf for my fridge from eSpares. When it arrived it was too large. I phoned them and they suggested I reorder and gave me the code, and that I return the other item to them free of charge. . I would be refunded for the first item when they received it in perfect condition. They were true to their word and very efficient. I now have the correct shelf installed and the money has been refunded to my account. Well done eSpares! That's the kind of service we would love to get every time👏🏻

Customer Service is excellent, offering a "good old-fashioned phone call", if there are any problems or other issues which concern the customer and a very good-humoured attitude to go with it. My package was sent first-class. The price of my 10 large microwave bags was under £4.50 including postage. Totally satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent and speedy service when placing our order. Unfortunately we had an electrical fault on one of our electric blankets. Contacted eSpares and within 48 hours we had the replacement delivered. Also a prepaid return label for the faulty goods. Couldn't ask for better service. 10/10 for Rennetta and for eSpares.

I bought a washing machine drive belt from eSpares. It was shipped it quickly and arrived the next day. They also used DPD who I consider the best courier, it's shocking that other ones don't let you arrange a delivery window. Although now that I'm suck at home that's less of a problem. Their website also provided a very good video explaining how to fit the belt (using speed ties to avoid risking harm to your fingers).

I used eSpares recently to buy a part for our hob. I made a mistake in ordering a main oven and not a top oven part. I followed the return instructions and then sent a confirmation email and a copy of the certificate of posting. I received an email confirming all was in order followed very quickly with confirmation of a refund and the refund shortly thereafter. Excellent and friendly service with the added bonus of the replacement part arriving earlier than anticipated. Will definitely use them again.

This was the first time I have had to contact them with a query as to whether a part would be compatible with the model of my (old) cooker which was not listed. I received a reply very promptly with additional information regarding stock. Once again excellent service. My first and only port of call for spares.

I incorrectly ordered the wrong PCB from eSpares, and thought it would be a nightmare to return but I am so pleased at the level of service. I went vontacted eSpares via Facebook messenger and Hamza was extremely helpful and polite and responded to each of my many chats and queries. Hamza sent through the returns slip and then found the correct PCB for me (which I installed myself via watching one of the online videos they provide - tumble dryer works perfectly!) Got the new part and Hamza sorted out my refund, absolutely no hassle even though I didn't have a tracking receipt for the returned part I highly recommend everyone to use eSpares for parts and have a go at doing it yourself.

I needed a part for my fridge, so I ordered it from espares. Unfortunately i ordered the wrong part but contacted their customer service and they talked me through the returns process. I returned the wrong part and ordered the correct one, which arrived quickly. I received my refund once espares got the wrong part back. What I really liked was the email I then received from customer service, they checked I got the right part and let me know they received the returned part and a refund was on the way. Unfortunately this kind of customer service is rare and it was great to experience. I would highly recommend them for all ur parts and even if u get it wrong they can sort that out too.

Though the order turned out not to fit the Hoover despite the site checker saying it would the espares customer service could not have been better in terms of a refund and further help. Impressive when so many customer services with other firms are evasive and hard to reach.

Easy use website, super efficient service and delivery - spares fitting video for my part (washer belt) was very professional and allowed me to re-fit the belt in a couple of minutes. Very impressed!

Ordered a couple of small items. One came straight away, the other was delayed by the manufacturer way beyond the expected delivery date. Espares offered me my money back but I decided to wait. After even more of a delay Espares gave me the postage charge back as compensation for all the hassle. Finally the manufacturer sent me the part. Espares were great, professional and went way beyond what they were obliged to do. Thank you Espares.
