Brilliant company to shop with. Ordered a Dyson part on Sunday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday morning, what more could you ask. I would highly recommend.

I needed a new Bosch serie 4 dishwasher drain pump. Espares website was clear and useful for identifying the pump from the serial number of the machine. It arrived within 24 hours, the next afternoon. Good service all round. The only reason it did not get 5 stars was the price. At almost £40 including postage it felt a little high. A local tradesman thought he could get one, albeit slower, for around £20. Maybe that was trade price.

My oven element had blown and I ordered the part from e-spares that evening, received the part the following morning and followed their online instructions which were spot on. Would not hesitate to recommend them Great service !

They quickly identified the part I needed for my old fridge freezer (which I thought would be obsolete!) and delivered it within a couple of days. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately my order was “lost in despatch”, however Espares quickly sorted the matter. The communications with this company superb! Will certainly consider using them again in the future.

Great customer service after Royal Mail failed to deliver a replacement part for a food processor: eSpares replaced the lost part, with apologies, sending via DPD so I am very grateful and a happy customer.

I bought a Russell Hobbs 4 Slice Toaster from eSpares and it turned out to have a manufacturing fault. I contacted eSpares and was instructed to return it for a replacement, the replacement arrived before I had sent the faulty one back. Unfortunately the replacement developed the same fault and this time I asked for a refund. Again eSpares told me to return the toaster to them for examination using their pre paid postage label, which I did. The refund was in my bank 7 days later. WELL DONE eSpares.

I knew what I wanted, but my cooker model number did not match up with those given. Espares persisted for me and eventually sent me an email telling me what I should order. With standard delivery, the spares arrived in two days. My glass lid was, once again, working. As an eighty year older person, I was delighted to be able to fix this myself! That you Espares for your first class service.
