“Very good website. Part ordered was correct part for appliance, it arrived quickly and well packed. Customer service is excellent. I had a small issue and the reply was prompt, polite and resolved the issue above what what expected. Highly recommend.”

“Just to say a huge thank you. Amazing service. With everything going on you delivered on a bank holiday with just what I needed. My oven element broke on Saturday and thanks to the way your fabulous part checker system works I had the confidence to know I was ordering the exact part I needed at a fabulous price and It arrived on Bank Holiday Monday. After a week when I lost my job and my son had a bad fall at least I can cook a hot meal. You have no idea what a difference it has made. Thank you.”

“eSpares are my first stop company for all my white goods spares and electrical chargers etc. I have just sourced the missing part for my Karcher pressure washer. Excellent communication on finding the correct part required and delivered on time at a greatly discounted prices Highly recommended”

“I contacted eSpares about a part for my dishwasher. I gave them all of the details of my dishwasher and they told me which part to order. I duly ordered it however when it arrived it was not compatible with my dishwasher. I messaged them and received an unapologetic email from Nadia Mohamed in eSpares 'Customer Care' which implied that I had not given them enough information and suggesting that I tried to order again. I had to contact them again to get something close to an apology and a return label for the part they had wrongly got me to buy. I won't be using them again.”

“Hmmm, so dropped the ball a bit during covid crisis. Sent the wrong part, there is not enough detail on the invoice to check whether my fault or thers. I cannot get through via phone lines (not working due to covid), advised a live chat also not enough capacity to answer my call. just want to find out whether they stock the correct part and ensure express deliver to fix my washing machine.”

“When I ordered the part for my Karcher pressure washer I was aware that espares were awaiting stock. When the hoped for date arrived I asked them for progress and apparently their supplier was also out of stock. With the current (coronavirus situation) issues like this are to be expected. When the part arrived it was despatched on Saturday and received on Tuesday. Not bad service from Birmingham to rural SW France! Well done!”

“Placed my order - replacement Motor and HEPA Filter. Goods delivered promptly. Allowed me to repair a Dyson DC39 Animal. Not sure I'd say it's as good as new, but it certainly now works very well. This is not the first time I've used eSpares, and it certainly won't be the last.”

“Placed an order for a replacement shelf for daughters fridge - not helped by social isolation. Little apprehensive that the correct part would be delivered. Had taken & compared photographs of the required item on eparts web site with that which daughter had sent. Ordered the item early part of the week - the item arrived approx 3 days later - apprehension, increase in blood pressure as daughter came to collect the shelf. The telephone rang - daughter confirmed the shell was a perfect fit. Many, many thanks to espares for the speed in which they expedited the order and the clarity of items show on their website”

“Hi just wanted to say thank you for quickly responding to the mail and sending me the part on the back of that. Your videos were brilliant and I was able to replace grill element with not too much drama but couldn’t have done it without the guidance. I was sceptical that my 15 year old cooker could be fixed. But amazingly the grill is up and working again. So thank you for the quality part and video support. You’ve saved me the major cost of replacing the cooker. One happy customer”

“Hello, I just wanted to say a big thank you for delivering my order so fast! My fridge motor bearings went on good Friday and after looking around I realised it was harder than I thought to get a new fridge at the moment (not that I wanted to buy one!) Any way, you had the part in stock, website was easy to use & excellent service, part was well packaged, came Wednesday morning, fitted spot on and fixed my Kenwood fridge freezer, happy days 😃.
