“I had cause A few days ago to request a replacement oven heating element which had prematurely failed. eSpares dealt with my request promptly and courteously, and my new part is now on the way. This was exemplary customer service, exactly what an customer would hope for, and eSpares deserve to be congratulated for providing it.”

“I walked into a local dealer selling cooker's in St Helens, he didn't have the seal I needed, so he gave me e-spares web site o download, I ordered the seal I need, and despite the problems with the virus we are all going through, my product arrive in about 4 working days through the post, it fits perfectly, and now I can once again use my oven, thank you e-spares, excellent service, 10 out of 10,,”

“I was needing a Door Seal for a Tumble Dryer in a hurry.... I checked the "Usual Suspects" who provide online services, but couldn't find what I wanted for that particular type. So I did a general search online, and up came eSpares, offering Next Day Service for that very Make and Model of Dryer. So I placed my order, and crossed my fingers... I needn't have worried, the correct part arrived the NEXT day, as stated, I fitted it, and was back in business! THANK YOU eSpares, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, 10/10!!”

“An excellent company to deal with. They're customer service is absolutely outstanding and efficient. I ordered my items but didn't receive them due to a courier error. I contacted eSpares and reordered the same parts on Monday and they were delivered on Wednesday. The customer care team are the best I have ever dealt with.”

“Unfortunately the part supplied packed up, minutes after installation. I liaised with espares and I was told to send it back, whereby they could ascertain the fault. It could no have been with them for more than a few hours, but I had an email confirming that a refund would be paid in full. First class service and will be shopping again. Thanks to all concerned.”

“My fast freezer food flap was ordered on Friday evening and due to be delivered the following Monday - it arrived at 9.30am the next morning (Saturday) - so impressed with the service. Bonus was I managed to fit it without snapping it which was my main concern!! Will definitely intact eSpares again if I need anything else.”
