“All I want is to return a wrongly sent part.but to do so I need a password which I don't have, to get it I need to have one sent by e mail which has not appeared.what a minefield let's make it easier for heavens sake.”

“Hi, Just to say a very big thank you for your help with my recent order 10418324. I first contacted you to tell you that there was no label on my fridge freezer- I had looked everywhere. You patiently explained to me where to find it. I then ordered a new seal for the freezer door which arrived earlier than anticipated, carefully packaged and I found the job of fitting it to be just as easy as you said. My freezer is now working as good as new. Thank you very much. Clare Marsh G466DQ”

“I recently ordered a replacement fascia panel for my cooker, I hadn’t even realised I could get a replacement until a friend mentioned eSpares. Their website is very easy to navigate, I ordered my part on the Sunday and received the part within a few days, very well packaged and I’m delighted with the transformation! Would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them.”

“Oven door hinge failed so rather than buy a new double oven, jumped on eSpares website for a mooch. Website is excellent, put model number in and found identical replacement hinge. Unit arrived in 2 days, even found a video on how to replace the hinge. Don’t hesitate to spend £40 to save £500. Brilliant website, exceptional service. Thanks aSpares.”

“This company's website is a treasure trove for anyone wishing to replace that little part you didn't think would be available as a spare, saving the money and hassle of buying a new appliance, and doing landfill a favour! My Bosch fridge still works fine but the door strip (which is also the handle) had become brittle and broken. eSpares website was really easy to navigate, and even has the facility to check that you're ordering the right part for the model of your appliance, so no risk of mistakes or returns. Tips given on fitting too. Delivery was very prompt and I now have a fridge that looks like new :o)”

“I have an account with eSpares and always look here first if I need anything. I bought a dishwasher heater pump despite it being cheaper elsewhere as I trust eSpares to deliver. They have a pricematch policy which I used and within 24 hours I had the difference agreed to be refunded. I ordered late Saturday and it arrived on Monday which is excellent. Unfortunately, when I removed the dishwasher it was clear that despite all the YouTube videos showing how to replace the pump, it was not possible for me to replace it on my machine as there is too much other plumbing in the way for the Zeolith drying system on Siemens machines. Regrettably I have had to return the pump unused and now need to buy a new dishwasher. I would really like to commend eSpares on their returns policy and process. It is well written and easy to follow and the addition of being sent a link to the Royal Mail site with a QR code made it incredibly easy. I just completed the online form, got the link with the QR code, went to the Post Office where they scanned it and printed the label. eSpares gives an option to have £2.99 removed from the refund for postage or pay the postage yourself and get the full refund. Being a heavy-ish pump I chose the £2.99 reduction option as I reckon the postage would be more. If it was a small, light item I would pay it myself but it is good to have the choice. Great service from beginning to end and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will be using eSpares again soon for my regular supply of fridge water filters.”

“We have always found e-spares very helpful. We could not work out how to replace the front plastic to a freezer drawer. E-spares have done a wonderful video, showing how to do it - with a credit card and knife! We would never have worked that out. The video was very clear on what to do. Well done e-spares.”

“The part that was sent was the wrong type so I sent it back for a refund using a label supplied by espares. Unfortunately they said that they did not receive it and would not refund . I have misplaced the receipt and can not find it but they refused to refund although they must have it as it has been a long time since posting. Not exactly a friendly Customer support structure! Regards”
