“I very easily found the exact article I was looking for (a Fridge door Hinge for a RATHER OLD fridge) It was my good fortune that they had the Upper Left/Lower Right Hand version I required! Thereafter the whole thing went like well maintained clockwork and it arrived (exactly in the expected time frame) just before lunch time and by that evening it was fitted. Well done all round espares. My only concern, and it is not your problem but mine, is that the lower hinge does not break as you seem not to have one! Once again, Thank You. I have your details.”

“Absolutely brilliant service. Starting from customer service and constant update emails from the company on status of my order. Even though the water tank for my Delonghi wasn't in stock, I was ready to wait 6 week for it to be dispatched. However, after a week of ordering I have received an email that item is despatched and on its way to me. I was delighted and received an item 5 days later! Water tank is an original, fits perfectly, same as described, brand new and works amazing. Absolutely lovely service, inside out. Thank you again for it. Will use it in the future again :)”

“Although there was a delay in receiving this item I am delighted with it. It is a telescopic arm for a quite old Dyson Hoover. It is now working really well. The spare part, costing about 50 euro saved me the cost of a new Hoover which would have been substantial. So I am a very happy customer indeed and would recommend spares.”

“Discovered I had ordered the wrong part for my Beko freezer, so then placed a second order for the correct part and requested to cancel the original order. Both items were received, but full refund received very quickly for the part I had ordered in error. Great customer service, thank you!”

“We have owned a Kenwood Larder Fridge for a couple of years and it suddenly stopped working. I diagnosed the issue and fortunately eSpares were able to send out the part I needed so that it was up and running in less than 24 hours. It saved me an engineer or a new fridge! Great service, thank you.”

“We ordered a fridge shelf but the wrong one arrived. Spoke to Ashleigh via Messenger who was fantastic. He got onto the warehouse and confirmed mis pick. I was sent a replacement immediately and very simple paperwork to return the unwanted item. Gold star Ashleigh and many thanks.”

“I live in ireland & was finding it hard to get a lint collector for my tumble dryer...came across espares on line...found it a very easy website to negoiate..found what i was looking for easily & then all i had to do was put in the model number to make sure it was the right one...so simple from start to finish...brilliant website..fast delivery & wonderful customer service...would highly recommend this company...”
