Absolute garbage they cancelled my policy without informing me which meant I was driving without insurance

Called 27th June - Hanging on the phone for over 35mins and still no answer. Other insurance companies can answer the phone during CV10 within mins so no excuse. Regretting being a valued customer - avoid !

I took out the policy nearly a year ago. The payments were not taken on the agreed day. Also recently had a two car pile up that was not my fault and got told by the advisor that I should call the other people's insurance company's and sort it my self. I thought I was paying esure to do this in the event of an accident. Five days later and still got a damaged car and no support. The only reason I scored a two is because the signing up process is easy. But I strongly recommend using another company.

After purchasing online and requesting my payments to be taken on the first of each month the First 3 payments were taken as and when they felt like Taking it which meant I had missed two or more payments and then I got told to pay in full or lose the Cover I made a complaint to no avail and had to pay in full I would not recommend esure and I will never use them again

Your repetitive advertising on t.v.drives everyone I know round the bend,we immediately now go for the mute button and put the kettle on,which doesn't do my prostate problem any good! Less boring adverts with better car insurance please!!

I insured with Esure last year as they had given me good rates on my car and my house insurance, but have changed both policies this year as, in. both instances, there was a big jump in the annual premium. Although this is a quite frequent event with insurance providers, it is still annoying when it happens.

Trying to get an engineer to come out to assist me via the home emergency claim. The advised that they can not come out to fix having no hot water for 48 as 3.30 pm is classed as too late in the day and will not come out then.

The police took my car as they said it was not insured! Had to pay £150 to get my car from compound! Only to be reimbursed 3weeks later!! Put extra car on insurance and they have taken more money than should!!! Never again

I have been with Esure from past 6 years. I called them recently to add a car as temporary cover for a week, which I have done in the past. Before like expected and a loyal customer they provided me with a cheaper quote then independent website but this time it was almost double. The reason was additional charges which nobody has mentioned before. Spoke to their Team manner and instead to resolve the matter he made it worse by saying either get it or leave it. The next day I called them to see the difference if I permantly change my car in the policy, which came to a ridiculous price difference. I asked the lady why this much, she said it's to do with the power of the new car. I told her my previous car had double power as the new 1 and was much cheaper then she suddenly changed and said I didn't said power. Instead of going ahead with the policy She start saying sorry sir I have to end this call. It's is shocking and ridiculous to see people reading text from a computer screen where they neither can help a customer or answer any query. They don't care from how long is the customer with the firm and neither respect the value of customer service. Good to know this before renewing my policy because I don't think I'll continue with such pathetic people where they don't show any respect to their valuable customers. SHAME

i agreed policy via Quidco at the start of the year & i am STILL waiting for the cashback offer to be paid..................VERY poor, quidco said claim is with Esure but nobody at Esure bothering to respond. i always find with insurance companies when you pay their premium in full upfront, they never provide a good service...

Tried to make a claim and was given the wrong information to start off with.when I spoke to them again they were very still unhelpful and said it was going to cost me my no claims even though it was not my fault.
