“Do not I mean do not use this company.The most incompetent company I have ever been with .Not only did they take five months to sort my claim out but after phoning them to tell me I will not be renewing my insurance with them they immediately cancelled my policy letting me drive around without any insurance after phoning them they admitted they made a mistake but couldn’t renew it so compensated me so I would leave and get another company now this is the third week of waiting for my money utterly disgraceful company.”
“Customer service all driven to sales growth and pricing quotes but back of house is disorganised uncommunicative and miserable. Even the hold music is designed to make you miserable and fearful to challenge and whilst its obvious all about profit the approach destroys any confidence in their commitment to customers so i cant imagine its a pleasant place to work”
“Rip off once purchased better pricing issued but refuse to acknowledge the better deal. Then charge for cancellation no offer of help just take it or leave it attitude. Be very careful before committing to purchase.”
“Upon car insurance renewal, I received a threatening and coercive letter informing me that 'My card company has advised us that the renewal premium has not been made and is therefore outstanding.' Which makes no sense whatsoever. They have made no contact with my card company to see if payment has been sent, they have just simply not received payment as I have not renewed. The statement makes it seem like active effort has gone into retrieving some kind of 'due debt', when in actual fact no debt exists, and no effort was made.
They have stated that I should call them to advise them that my renewal was not required. This is not a requirement by law, regardless of what nonsense they put in their contract.
A letter like this can scare the more vulnerable.”
“I’m disgusted that this company is allowed to operate after screwing my claim up and taking 5 months to sort out they have now cancelled my account by mistake and rang me apologising and asking me to now get my insurance sorted out because of there mistakes.I would not recommend anyone using this company it should be shut down I have just passed all my information to the ombudsman and hopefully they get a result especially after seeing all the other reviews I’m not the only one totally disgusted.”

“My 1st accident claim in 6 years, I cannot believe I have been with such an incompetent company for this length of time if I knew how bad the customer service was. Or lack of. Having the chase them repeatedly, no call backs with updates. Having to call them many times with being on hold for up to an hour and no apology when expressed my concerns of any issues I am coming across. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay clear.”

The only way is by phone!
You can imagine the wait, recorded messages etc. "You are important to us" etc!
And then when you do finally get a person and insist, despite all the "we can look at it again".
Later you go back to your online details and you're still listed as autorenew!”
