“Although the service provided was good, my circumstances changed as I re-located to France so had to cancel the policy. It was simple and easy and the refund came in the timescale and was the amount stated. I would have preferred to have known in advance that there was a charge for early cancellation although it would not have had a bearing on my decision.”

“The provider was about the same as any other insurance company, what did annoy me was an admin charge for pushing a few keys to change my address on their system, any excuse to obtain additional charge so I will not be staying with them at change of policy”

“Very disappointed changed my car from a high performance jag to a hybrid toyota and the premium went up. The renewal quote was very uncompetitive so my stay with this Company was very short”

“I had to make a claim soon after buying the policy. esure handled my claim efficiently and arranged repairs by a local body shop. Everything progressed smoothly and I was happy with the service I received. I am hoping to renew my policy with esure when it expires later this year.”
