“Although the service provided was good, my circumstances changed as I re-located to France so had to cancel the policy. It was simple and easy and the refund came in the timescale and was the amount stated. I would have preferred to have known in advance that there was a charge for early cancellation although it would not have had a bearing on my decision.”
“The provider was about the same as any other insurance company, what did annoy me was an admin charge for pushing a few keys to change my address on their system, any excuse to obtain additional charge so I will not be staying with them at change of policy”
