“I ordered a new battery online which was supposed to be the correct battery for my car. I collected the battery and tried to install it in the car park of the store and found it was too long. I brought the old battery in and the lady who served me was very helpful and helped find a match. Great service.”

“I ordered a service kit for a Skoda and a car-specific exhaust sleeve clamp. The service parts were fine when I called to collect, but the exhaust part did look right. I was assured that it was correct. When I compared it with the original, it was clearly wrong. It had been binned up incorrectly. I tried to call the branch immediately, but was diverted to Norwich, and promised a call back. After 3 hours, I tried again, but was diverted to Peterborough. The person I spoke to then emailed King's Lynn, and I was called about 20 minutes later. The correct part had to be ordered, so it was the following morning before I could collect it. I have used Euro Car Parts many times before, but this occasion didn't go well.”
