“Ordered wiper blades. Wrong parts sent which was a picking error. I contacted Customer Service three times over two days without much success. Customer Service seemed unwilling or unable to sort and I had to escalate to a manager who speedily resolved. Eventually wrong part uplifted and correct part delivered. Was told Branch Manager would ring me to explain, this never occured.”
