“Pity they don't automatically apply the special discounts - bought a battery to only find out later there was 15% offer on batteries! Cost me £18 and the guy on the counter could have mentioned it as well - click and pay on collect”

“I ordered 5ltr of thinners on line, showing 3 in stock, click and collect. After my notification that the order was ready I went to collect it and they could not find any in stock. I was told they would order some in for the next day, The goods should be there ready before the notification is sent out and not just assuming they have the goods.”

“Service is always slow with long waiting times and queues in the shop, leading to frustration and annoyance, sometimes there are long delays. The staff work hard and as quick as possible to serve everyone but the shop is clearly understaffed.”

“I initially ordered online, using the tool to check compatibility with my registration number. Unfortunately that provided the wrong parts so i had to drive to Coventry to swap them. Interestingly, when the person in store used the same reg in their system, the correct parts were suggested. Clearly a mismatch between the online and instore accuracy.”
