“I always look to this company first for when I need a car battery but, the “ready in 15 minutes” click and collect turned into me waiting in the store for 40 minutes after the initial 15 is taken to drive there. I know it’s technology at fault but c’mon at least knock me a pound off or summat! I will still use again though”
