“The counter service needs improvement with at least 2 staff when more than 2 people waiting for parts if it’s a bigger order it’s not unusual to wait 10/15 mins for service and that is annoying”

“Ordered was placed told delivery would be on the Tuesday, delivery wasn't made, but was eventually received next day. I did email customer services only received an email back today which is actually 8 days after I sent it”

“I was very disappointed when the part I ordered online wasn’t the correct part I needed! However when my dad went back into the ashford shop they gave him the correct brake pads and a week later I received my refund for the ones previously purchased”

“Great service, needed two radiators quickly. Not in stock at my nearest branch Lowestoft but Norwich 25 miles away had them for immediate collection. No O rings for the Mercedes rads in the catalogue though so I used the main dealer. Maybe consider stocking seals too”
