“Parts as always were spot on, good quality and available quickly. Small moan on the delivery which is a bit of a wierd one really. The delivery stated 3-5days which would have put it to when my partner was in the house. However the delivery was actually attempted 2 hours after I ordered the product at which point I was at work and my partner was out so had to re-arrange and in fact collected in store. I think it's great that delivery can be that quick but the delivery window description needs improving or the option to leave in a safe place if out.”

“Don't rely on the online reg checker that it will be the right parts. Wrong battery and windscreen wipers. Absolutely no hassle at all to change them for the right ones though. It's better to go in and ask.”

“A bit of a mix up with a part I ordered for click and collect (wing).. My order was given to someone else and I had his order. Fortunately the employee worked out what had happened and we came to a pragmatic solution to solve my urgent requirement. Not an ideal experience but good outcome well handled.”

“Easy to order and pay for. Only BIG disappointment is that I had to queue for 30mins to receive it, as there was only 1 person on the till. Yet I could see staff chatting in the back.”

“Great help in the shop. But a real hassle ordering online to take advantage of the discount especially when you’re not sure of the battery you need. A good deal but why on earth you can’t get it by buying over the counter seems so outdated.”
