“Purchased new Brake Discs and Pads for my Fiat 500. Great quality Brembo parts, competitively priced, delivered promptly, well within the delivery estimate. It's great to have the ability to return the parts locally if necessary (which was not required, but it's nice to know I can).”

“Oil filter i bought was faulty( threaded boss not formed properly) so had to return it , the person left in charge of branch was not fully trained or authorised to do refunds so had to buy another filter at my own expense to finish the job that day and was told i would have to return the next day when someone else who was authorised could refund the cost of the original filter!. So that would have been 3 journeys to do one job wasting more of my time and costing me money in fuel of which the"duty manager" who could not issue the refund was dissmissive with a thats your problem attitude euro car parts seem happy to leave a person who canot perform all the required customer service functions in charge of the branch so thats either poor trianing , poor rota managment , poor managment in general, or derisery customer service! either way i wont be buying anything else from them!its only the fact the part manufacturing issue was not there fault that made me leave one star otherwise in would have been no stars if that was possible! not impressed!!!!”

“I ordered flexible super glue for pickup. Passed by the store a few times over the next few days. Always busy, long queues and only one terminal open. Gave up. Finally found a day with no queues, so popped in, paid... then waited 10 mins... then I asked where's my item... oh you'll have to wait! Gladly the chap on the terminal went to get my item. When judged against shops like argos, toolstation, screwfix, the service is rubbish. Only reason I gave 2 stars is cos they're the only place that had this type of superglue in the area.”

“Part was as requested but I paid £6 for next day delivery and had a mechanic lined up to fit the part that night, the part didn't turn up until the day after. Made a phone call to have my delivery charge reimbursed to be told we can't do that ! I should have opted for the free delivery and saved myself some money.”

“Watford store is the worst always a line with 1 guy at the tills even if you have a click and collect you have to wait until he finishes with in store customers so if they have 3-4 items and there is 3-4 people in front and they don’t know what they need you will have to wait for your click and collect until you get to till”
