Dreadful customer services. They never answer the phone and do not respond to emails.

Bigblu have to be the worst on the planet. Terrible service. Major outages. You can never get through to their help desk. I’m not even sure as I write this that they still exist. Sitting here trying to work out what I’m going to do as I work from home. Should be a law against this.

Does anyone know of another provider for SES broadband? Bigblu can no longer provide a service, not that they ever provided much of a service truth be told. I don't want to grow any more grey hairs trying to contact them.

Absolute rubbish. Would not recommend their 'service' to anyone. If you have a technical issue be prepared to go on hold for a long time only to get cut off. Been trying since 9am to get through, it's now 1:50pm. Problem has been ongoing for 4 days now. Basically a bandwidth broker for europasat and they have to raise tickets with them to issues sorted. This is not good enough. We have over 10 accounts running critical business services with this shower and I will be recommending we find another supplier as soon as possible. Do not get involved with them.

Try Bentley Walker (freedomsat) or FBS? they seem to be the only other major players in the Satellite broadband service for the uk. My parents are with them and have a great service.

Absolutley shocking customer service!!! DO NOT SIGN UP!! internet not working and they won't answer they keep hanging up!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Have been e mailing repeatedly them since we cancelled the satellite service on 16th June and not had any response - until today - six weeks later - when I get an e mail saying that as I have not contacted them they are about to charge me for keeping their equipment! Very poor Changing to a 4G service with another provider - the 4G is much faster and more reliable than the satellite was and a whole lot cheaper as well

Incompetent. Can’t even manage their own suppliers. After two days of no broadbands we get this from them. Firstly, we’d like to apologise once more for the disruption to your broadband service and thank you for your support while we work hard to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, our supplier Avanti has taken the unilateral decision to suspend broadband services to our customers, and while we are discussing resolutions with them, we do not have a timescale as to when connectivity will be restored. And the call themselves a broadband supplier...........

My bigblu internet connection was disconnected yesterday and a page popped up telling me that they are closing the service. I followed the instructions on the page and called a company called Avanti apparently they own the satellite that provides our internet and they told me to visit migration.freedomsat.co.uk to sign back up and get internet. My internet is back on after signing up again and is working better than ever and not with Big blu. Has this happened to anyone else? I tried calling big blu but surprise surprise no answer

In the middle of nowhere our only broadband option is satellite. This crowd have been around in a number of guises and names for years now. Each time they have been absolutely awful. Very, very difficult to contact by phone, impossible for the last month. They ignore emails and complaints too. Avoid Avonline/Bigblu if at all possible. Most of the time it is a very poor connection speed and reliability.

If I could give no stars then I would. I have been a customer for quite a long time over which the company seems to have changed names three times. The service used to be good but since rebranding (or takeover?) to BigBlu absolutely appalling. You ring trying to get through on a phone number you have to to pay for and after exactly 16 mins the call cuts you off. They never answer emails. So bad and what is worse there is very little choice out there if you do not have a good 4G signal and are reliant on satellite broadband. Shame, shame and shame on you BigBlu and your rubbish treatment of customers of over 7 years standing!!!!

Despite many telephone conversations with members of the Big Blu staff, I am still very unhappy with the current level of service. To date, these are the problems we have experienced; On Good Friday, the Surfbeam 2 modem failed. As it was Easter weekend, there was nobody available until the following Tuesday. On that Tuesday, I ordered a replacement modem. Several phone calls later, the replacement modem finally arrived, almost two weeks after the order was placed. Since installation, the down/up speeds are well below what they were. Last week, my husband spoke to someone in the support department and they agreed that something was definitely not right. This person said they would contact the provider to check the speeds were not being throttled for some reason and they would then come back to us and that the modem would probably need to be replaced. We have heard nothing since then, although the speed issue has not been resolved and is still well below expectations. I have not received an invoice for the replacement modem - although every indication is that is not performing correctly. Neither have I received the credit that was promised for the excessive downtime. In good faith, I paid my monthly bill. To date, apart from the inconvenience (to put it mildly)of being offline for two weeks, it has cost over €100 in telephone calls (as nobody has ever actually returned our calls as they promised and we always end up being 'on hold' for long periods). I have emailed them twice, once 2 weeks ago, the second last week. Neither has even been acknowleged, nevermind acted upon. No real surprise there, non-response seems to be their standard MO. This morning, to my absolute astonishment, I received a letter from a debt collection agency for some £150!! Doesn't say what it is related to, presumably not the modem as I was quoted a much lower figure. Ring agency and say it's all nonsense and don't expect a penny from me. The guy I spoke to said he would pass my comments back to Big Blu. I then ring Big Blu and ask to speak to the manager, told not in office until next Monday. Ask to speak another person, with whom I have had contact in the past, told not in the office at the moment, but will be in later. I was promised the person would be informed of my complaint and they would ring me back this afternoon. I waited in all day, no call received. I was originally a customer of Avon and inherited Big Blu because they sold out to another operator. All in all I have been a good client for many years and the treatment I am receiving is totally unacceptable.

Totally rubbish broadband with nil use and tied to a 3 year contract Customer service non existent! Auto reply to emails saying someone will contact within 48 hours I have endless samples of these and endless photos of the so called broadband going round in circles doing nothing! I am about to report to consumer services

am unsuccessfully trying to chase down a refund on an order that was cancelled before the equipment arrived which was on 07.02.19. On placing my order initially I was under the impression I was receiving a fantastic offer - until I checked my bank account and realised that the first month's coverage was also taken through my card details - totally without my knowledge as the different types of services / offers they provide was not even discussed at this point ! Today is 20.03.19 and I have been told YET AGAIN that the refund shall be a further 2 weeks minimum, I have asked on each phone call for an email verification of this and have yet to receive one. I am super disappointed and despite not yet receiving my refund - I am very happy I did not proceed with this company as this is a very poor indication of what the Service may have been like if I had gone ahead.

Ordered satellite broadband from Danny with a promise of service well over 1 week ago. Equipment arrived late, installation not done properly and still no active service. We keep calling over and over and no results. Spoke to Sam yesterday with promise of callback after 3pm but still nothing. This company is mismanaged and provides appalling service. Stay Away From Them!

The company is absolutely rubbish. It took over from another one, so my widowed relative on a basic pension is being fielded between the 2. The relative paid for a service they didn't receive along with being told to buy a modem at £95, which was not the reason for the failure. Now refusing to refund the money. Their complaints department is a joke.

Terrible company they have changed names 3 times .I have had bad service When they changed to big blu I was told that I owe £900.00 because the didn’t collect the monthly payments and that the same has happened to several other customers I was told that they will look into it further but no one contacted me I have tried calling them But get no answer I was on the phone for an hour today waiting for someone to answer but no one did and now the internet is down I shall be seeing a solicitor regarding this now I am a radio presenter for 2ndcityradio and my show is on Tuesday at 7pm I would be interested in anyone else that has had problems I shall read out all of the complaints

Unfortunately, I have not been able to make contact with the infamous Harry Al-Darraji, and my experience with BigBlunder is still utter pants. If only this review saviour would sweep me off of my feet and make all the one-star review go away! If only I could be connected to a technician or customer service representative who names themselves with perfect spelling, manners, decency, blah, etc, blah, etc, to pick this woeful company up off of it's back and help me forget all the many ways in which their company is not actually being run! It begs the question, Harry, Qad, Zoe, Ryan, Ben and all the other suspiciously fully-named BigBlunder representatives, why do you still work for this company? Are you in fact the owners of the company looking to give yourselves a pat on the back whilst sitting around smoking a spliff instead of answering calls and emails? I think the way to deal with this is to attack your fake reviews and give your disgusting company the proper savaging it deserves.

Firstly it is fine when it works properly, but when it doesn't, they are a complete disaster, the phone service is a joke, can't see data usage, and they don't phone back, when they either say or asked...been with Avonline and Twoway continuously prior to this current cowboy outfit. However Lyn in finance is extremely helpful if you can get hold of her.
