“Very few cars travelling late at night but it still took two hours to get through. Appalling. Where is the communication and customer service”

“NEVER AGAIN! Normally when I travel I have to change my booking and it costs £6-8. I flew into Paris then had to get my car so didn't know exactly what time I would get to the tunnel, so just arrived. They charged me full price for the one way trip even though I had already paid. NEVER AGAIN!!”
