“Excellent service from Evans Cycles (Wimbledon branch) today. I went in to buy a new cycle computer - nothing fancy, just a simple wireless model. Assistant Alex fitted and set it up for me, and also adjusted the brakes - no charge despite my offering. Thank you Alex. Thank you Evans.”

“Bought an Isla bike online for my daughter. Forks had been installed the wrong way round - took the bike to Evans in East Dulwich in London. 1st class service - fixed in 5 minutes also spotted something else wrong and fixed.”

“Good advice from Cookie and Ben at Evans Cycles in Reading . I’m petite bike and recently purchased a Giant Liv hybrid bike online (not Evans) . Found the bike uncomfortable. But as I’m a regular at Evans Reading I took it there for advice . Ben made a few adjustments on the bike and Cookie gave excellent advise to change the handlebars to smaller ones . Now the bike is perfect. Thank you Guys . 5* for customer service!”

“My dad bought a new bike from the new Glasgow fort store. Rhys helped us out with checking the bike over and even sorted us a free helmet due to the delivery being late/lost. Great service and knowledge throughout. Their mechanic also managed to help with a quick fix for my bike too. Would buy from here again.”

“Collected our 4 yr old grandson’s bike, a Raleigh Atom with stabilisers, this week. Good product, well priced, & excellent service from the team at MK, in particular, Chris. Our first visit to Evans, & would be pleased to recommend it. Plenty of staff, plenty of help & a good range of accessories available.”

“Took my cube E bike into the gateshead branch of EVANS CYCLES at the metro centre to get my hydraulic brake cables swapped from European to UK, (left rear Brake UK left, European right,) the guys at Evans cycles couldn't be more friendly and helpful, great service.”

“I bought my bike through the Ride 2 Work scheme. The team at the Evans Glasgow (Bath Street) branch could not have been more helpful through the process. Test rides, helpful advice, quick service, good deal. After the sale, both sales and mechanics continued to offer really good support. Can't recommend them enough.”

“Ordered at 6.30pm instore yesterday as no store stock. Was not sure of the glove size, so ordered 3 different ones. Was notified at 7.30am it was available for collection. Picked the gloves I wanted, and credit done immediately. Brilliant. These guys are a great balance between full retail only and web only. Prices are always competitive (they also price match) and I've never had a bad experience. Highly recommend”

“I just popped in for a bit of advice on my bike and was surprised to find it was fixed on the spot at no charge - despite my offer to do so. Friendly staff helped other people while I was there so it was not just a one off thanks Lewis - a big thumbs up to you”

“Had a gold service on my 8 year old Giant mountain bike. It now rides like new. If you can afford the gold service then highly recommended. Jonathan Thomas at Chiswick store is your man.”

“I bought an electric bike in the Xmas sale from the Milton Keynes branch. When I got home I noticed the connector for the battery charger had a European connector. I phoned the branch and they insisted on driving the right connector to be the same day - a round trip of 50 miles. Very helpful staff in setting up and explaining the computer and battery workings. I will be going back for the free service.”

“Last holiday we were in london. Al of a sudden i got a flat tire on my wheelchair which ment that i couldn’t go any further. So we stopped at Evans. Unfortunate they couldn’t make the tire or replace it. Wheelchair tires have a very strange measure. They didn’t had the right tire. But they helped us so good. They tried for over one hour to fix the tire and/or replace it. After that didn’t work they tried to phone other affiliates if they had the right tire size. They called for over one hour! After an hour they finally found one that could replace it just outside London, there they fixed the tire. Thank you Evans Cycles for the great service!! It was amazing!”
