I could not fault them now they have taken such time and effort to get my car set up as ford had updated the phone software so my car needed resetting ! Not an easy feet as ford had suggested for you to do it yourself ! After a frustrating start with another member of the team Stephen O’brien took over and couldn’t have been more helpful ! He took time to try the processes involved and when that didn’t work he took the car in and delved deeper to properly rectify the problem and even got the team to completely clean my vehicle when they were short staffed and very busy, which was a lovely surprise!
