“I was very cautious of sending out my family’s dear memories because you never really know if the conversion company will take the care you would hope they would, but EverPresent blew my mind and exceeded my expectations. Not only did they do an awesome job with converting my tapes to DVD and USB, but they were friendly, organized, and efficient. They had them done so quickly I was actually able to present them to my father for his birthday, and this was his first time seeing these 30yr old tapes! I’m very happy, and I just sent another batch in, but this time with confidence.”

“We had 2 small projects done by Everpresent and I was and am delighted with both. We have preserved our family history in MP4 format, a worldwide standard and easy to transport electronically. I am confident anything they handle will be cared for and they will do their best to provide a quality project. My advice: transfer old tapes to MP4, tapes deteriorate and the equipment to play them go obsolete.”

“Your service was very appreciated. My only concern is in the accounting process. Bookkeeping needs a good overhaul. My account was put in jeopardy and that needs to be changed. please delete my credit card account number from your records.”

“Everpresent did two jobs for us. The first was copying a large reel-to-reel tape that was almost 50 years old. The second was digitizing a large collection of home movies that my wife's parents had taken. In both cases we were extremely pleased with Everpresent's care and timeliness.”

“Very happy with all aspects of your service. We enjoyed several old holiday films--Thanksgivings 1988 and 1993 and Christmas 1987 and 88 on Thanksgiving. What fun for our daughter-in-law to see her husband at 12, and for our grandchildren to see their dad, aunt and uncle as children! Three generations enjoying it, as well as hearing and seeing the generation that has now passed. I have more films to digitize--one group is my son's high school football tapes. He watched one recently on videotape and would love to have it digitized. I think I'll be seeing you after the new year so I can do this for his birthday. Thank you . You are wonderful to work with. “The 8mm family films had not been viewed for 35 years for fear of damage to the film itself and two ancient and balky projectors. The Everpresent staff transferred every frame of the 43 little reels with care and precision. Every little bit of the reel content was copied onto the digital media, even the poorly framed and shaky footage taken from a moving car. We are more than pleased with the results and will be bringing more film to be copied to a digital format. Many thanks to all at Everpresent.”

“The person I worked with, Kate, was fantastic. She made it easy, went above and beyond to empathetically help this (me) technically challenged old person. I was thrilled with the result of my project, it was done on time (and I had not left ENOUGH time); Kate proactively communicated with me, cheerfully, to keep me on schedule, and the cost ultimately was more reasonable than I expected. If I could just get me act together, I would do lots more projects. Bottom line: yes, I'm definitely satisfied and recommend the service.”
