“Very professional and knowledgeable representatives managed both my initial order and my follow-up order for more copies of a transfer of family films to DVD format. The copies were ready when promised and were much appreciated by family members who received the copies and me. My only disappointment was that the initial representative didn't fully explain the cost of my returning later for more copies of the DVD if it turned out I wanted more than the two copies in the initial run. As it turned out, I came back with a request for five more DVDs expecting to pay only $4 for each copy but wound up with a cost closer to $20 a copy. I was happy with the service, though, and would return and recommend the service to others, but I will be sure to confirm all costs in advance.”

“As a test case I had Everpresent digitize a 1968 8-mm movie. Knowing that the quality of such film is not outstanding in the first place (it never was expected to be "high-tech"), I was surprised that the Everpresent digital product was as good or nearly as good as the original film (in terms of resolution and trueness of color); I doubt most viewers would know the difference. Based on this experience I now plan to have Everpresent digitize over 60 rolls of film.”
