“I've now had 2 batches of 1970's-era 35 mil slides digitized. From a technical standpoint I have been impressed by quality of reproduction not forgetting organization and general QA/QC. For the first batch I was surprised that my slides were categorized as non-standard, meaning higher cost than regular 35 mil slides. Everpresent staff explained the difference and we proceeded. The second batch went through as standard and repeated high quality. Customer service has been good all along but responsiveness could always be improved. Overall I'm rating the service as good and will continue to work with Everpresent in preserving some very important history.”

“The team at Everpresent was highly professional at every step of the process. There was never a lack of communication. The process was explained over the phone as well as through multiple emails providing updates on the project. The projected time frame for completion was spot on. The cost was explained very well and came in on the target. The gentleman at the drop-off and pick-up point was professional and friendly. I couldn't be more pleased with the result, which is a passworded weblink I shared with family and friends. The quality was incredibly better than I expected from 9 VHS tapes that were in storage for 20 years. I would highly recommend Everpresent for any digital project.”

“I had several reels of 16mm family films that I discovered just 7 days before a memorial service. Everpresent customer service went over the whole project with me, discussed internally with their team, and committed and delivered the reels I marked priority in time for the service. The quality was amazing given the 60+ year old film. A true treasure for our family.”

“Your excellent conversion of my dvd's to a digital format made four of my cousins and their families very happy. They have clear "videos" of their grandparents and great-grandparents. You even added a pleasant music background. The five of us are in our 80's and appreciated the very clear directions you sent. The project was a great success!”

“Having lost my dad during the Covid lockdown I was unable to give him the proper send off he deserved. I decided I would take the box of Super 8 movie reels from the late 1960s and early 1970s to Everpresent and see what could be salvaged. When I popped the DVD in, I was overwhelmed. At 55 years of age, I was able to view footage that my father took in his mid-twenties that included my grandparents that I had never seen. I was brought to tears. It was like unearthing a small treasure that not only could I enjoy but also share with my siblings and my children. Thank you for making this possible!”

“I was so impressed with your customer service process when I brought in one reel of 8mm film that I immediately brought in 2 more. I appreciate the quality of the work but also the updates on progress, the initial phone consultation, receiving an estimate of the maximum cost up front, and that both times orders were done ahead of schedule.
