“I ordered an old family video (which had previously been converted from 16 mm film) converted to digital. Everpresent did an excellent job. I received periodic updates and the people I dealt with were informative and friendly. I would not hesitate recommend them.”

“I was very pleased with the conversion of a very special VHS tape to digital video. I also like the fact that EverPresent transports your materials via a courier service, rather than a common carrier. This gave me extra confidence that my irreplaceable video would not be lost. EverPresent goes above and beyond to communicate tell you they have received your work and where it is in the process. The $40 per order handling and service fee seemed a bit high to me, as it represented about 50% of the overall cost for one VHS tape. But the quality of the conversion and their service was excellent.”
