“We brought 27 very precious VHS tapes to EverPresent's store in Newton and initiated a project whereby they would be converted into DVDs and a USB. The intake person at the main desk was very knowledgeable about what the project would entail, how long it might take, and pricing. EverPresent then stayed in contact with us via email, letting us know exactly where in the process the project. We really appreciated that. The project was completed on time. All six DVDs played perfectly.
