“I am not surprised that you sent this survey AGAIN. Your company could not digitize my Mavica discs. It shows how there is a disconnect between departments in your organization. This department does not know that the other department FAILED to convert my files. Then had the CLASSLESS Gaul to charge me for the return shipping.. I own several companies and always show some class when we return unsuccessfully procssed parts by paying shipping .”

“Very happy with all aspects of your service. We enjoyed several old holiday films--Thanksgivings 1988 and 1993 and Christmas 1987 and 88 on Thanksgiving. What fun for our daughter-in-law to see her husband at 12, and for our grandchildren to see their dad, aunt and uncle as children! Three generations enjoying it, as well as hearing and seeing the generation that has now passed. I have more films to digitize--one group is my son's high school football tapes. “The 8mm family films had not been viewed for 35 years for fear of damage to the film itself and two ancient and balky projectors. The Everpresent staff transferred every frame of the 43 little reels with care and precision. Every little bit of the reel content was copied onto the digital media, even the poorly framed and shaky footage taken from a moving car.
