“Just received my Stigo B1 and absolutely loving this high quality escooter. eWheels has been absolutely amazing from the time I purchased the scooter until I received it. They clearly communicated timelines and expectations upfront and constantly provided status updates without having to follow up. The whole customer experience has been great and would highly recommend eWheels for all your eScooter needs.”

They responded quickly to my inquires, shipping time was exactly as they stated, and they kept me updated all the way until my wheel arrived at my door. “This is my first e-scooter and riding one. I'm a little over 225 lbs so went for the larger TW Pacer. I LOVE it. great suspension, breaking is solid, and pickup is great. Went up a steep hill and it worked great. It is a heavy scooter, I do not need to walk it up stairs. The tires at massive at 10"x3" and I really like that. The deck is nice and wide also. I will add the eWheels customer service is amazing!!!!”

“The staff at ewheels were very helpful, I am a first time euc rider and had concerns on the wheel I was looking to purchase (nikola plus), after speaking with Drew he assured me that I was purchasing a quality wheel and answered all of my questions. I received my 100V Nikola promptly, but I could not figure out how to make it work, so I sent an email and they responded very quickly with the info on how to unlock the wheel. I am a unicycle Ryder for 40 years, this is a little different as it balances itself front to back, but I was riding the wheel in 30 minutes and haven’t looked back! So far I am very happy with the Nikola and the customer services seems to be top notch.”

“I bought an TW Swift back in May. Shipping was really quick. Came with a surprise gift. Loved the product and bought TW Pacer. The customer service is TOP NOTCH. Any questions I had have been answered very quickly. This is why I will continue to buy products from here and recommend ewheels to all my friends.”

“Zero complaints with shipment of all accessories and my new KS16X EUC. Packaging was well done and shipping was fast and problem free. Will definitely be order all my parts and wheels from here in the future! Also would like to thank customer service for answer all my questions prior to me ordering my wheel! “Ordered my scooter on Saturday, order was put through on Sunday and shipped on Monday. They kept me updated on my status and answered my questions in a timely fashion. I definitely would order from ewheels in the future.”

“Not much to say except ewheels sells a great selection of wheels and they shipped my ks16x the day I ordered it. It’s my second wheel coming from a airwheel x3 and it’s been fantastic. I will surely buy my next wheel from ewheels.”
