“eWheels customer service and parts selection is great! I bought a used wheel which needed some love. I ordered parts and got them within the same week (I live in Sacramento). The shell had a blemish but the team at eWheels took care of me! I will continue to support and promote this company. Big shoutout to the eWheels team!”

“eWheels answered my many questions about the Vsett 10+, often within an hour or two of my email - and always with 24 hours, even on weekends. This is why I bought from them. My order was processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment. My shipment, however, was held by FedEx in Phoenix for three days and they would not offer any reason why. My order arrived three days later – a total of 6 days in transit that should have been three. The box arrived in good condition with no evidence of mishandling. It was clear it had been opened and resealed – part of eWheels’ pre-ship inspection, verified by an inspection “Checklist” enclosed in the box. When an inner tube blew out before the first ride eWheels sent me another.”

“Thank you so much for the kingsong 14d . It is quite the machine. It handles very well. It is not as easy as I thought is was going to be, but worth every penny. I am using the darkness app to control and unlock the unicycle. I look forward to many fun adventures riding my kingsong 14d!”

“Amazing customer service. Was on a two month waiting list for the Vsett 10+ but happened to run across Ewheels and they said it was in stock was kinda hesitant so I E-Mailed them and got a super quick response confirming they had them I canceled my other order and ordered with Ewheels and it came in three days absolutely amazing. Will always do my business with Ewheels from now on.”

“I've purchased 2 Stigo B1 electric scooters from eWheels in the last couple of weeks. 2 separate orders were made and eWheels got the shipment out immediately, on both occasions. eWheels provided free delivery. I live in Arizona and both shipments were here within about a day & a half of shipdates. I appreciate that kind of response to an order, especially since it's a Stigo B1 instead of a box of disinfectant and toilet paper. With that kind of response and delivery window I will certainly be going to eWheels.com for any future purchases I would have posted sooner, but I've been a little preoccupied. I don't use Instagram so I can't write a review on the product. Let me throw in that the Stigo B1 is the most fun I've had under 25mph on two wheels. It's BEAUTIFUL! It's smooth, quick perfect in every way possible for an electric scooter. Thanks, eWheels. Sam Sherrill”

“First I'd like to thank Jason and the rest of the crew at eWheels for an amazing experience with the purchase of my Weped SST. From the initial phone call to the prompt emails and pics included showing how well the scooter was extra bubble wrapped on the inside to the moving blanket that was wrapped over the original box to the shrink wrapping that covered it all. The way the pic was sent to me at eWheels before shipping is the same exact way it arrived at my doorstep. Jason shipped it out the very same day it was ordered and sent a tracking number as well. Customer service is very important to me as I get a long of items shipped to me. This was my first time ordering from eWheels personally and I would definitely order from them again in the near future. A close friend recommended eWheels to me and prior to my recent order my friend has always had nothing but amazing things to say about eWheels and the impeccable customer service he always receives. Emails are answered very promptly and phone calls are always answered. As the president of a large electric scooter group I am not a stranger to dealing with a lot of companies and manufacturers that deal with PEV's. I highly recommend dealing with Jason and the staff at eWheels for your next pev purchase. Have a blessed day.”

“Super Helpful folks over at Ewheels! I purchased the top of the line ewheels turbowheel Phaeton and it is a magnificent beast!! With a maximum speed of 60mph and dual motors, I have the power at my fingertips to take off like a rocket at a moments notice or just cruise along at a pleasant 20 or 30 mph with ease. Its a beautiful scooter as well....if Ferrari made scooters....this one would be it. Disc brakes on front and rear tires....headlight...brake lights...awesome tires and suspention....if you want a premium scooter....the Phaeton is the way to go and ewheels is the place to get it!! I would also recommend getting a seat add on for it for when you just want to relax and ride. Thanks again guys, you rock!!”

“I like that they carry unique items like protective covers that I couldn’t find on EUCO. They seem responsive to questions. I don’t like how much they charge for shipping but I guess that’s better than raising their prices.”

“eWheels customer service is simply best out-there. They answer fast, to the point and I really think they play key role in expanding EUC/electric scooter community. My EUC was shipped really fast. When I got it, I had few questions about setup, but eWheels were ready to answer immediately. Thank you and I will shop with them again.”
