“We have purchased three electric unicycles over the past 2 years from E-Wheels. We recently received our second Inmotion V11 so my wife and I each have one to ride. E-Wheels has done an outstanding job with service to exceed our expectations. The lead time for orders for our V11's was 3 months counting shipping delays, which is not within E-Wheels' control. They kept us informed with status updates of the order and promptly replied to inquiries. We experienced some issues with the saddle mount breaking on our first V11, but E-Wheels shipped us newly designed saddles next day, no charge. I highly recommend E-wheels!”

“I have purchased three wheels through E wheels and every time they are very straightforward with me and I have quick customer support. I have never felt in the dark as far as my transactions and plan on purchasing my next wheel from E-wheels. I have no desire to purchase a wheel from anyone else as I have been scammed and other retailers and E-wheels has built up my trust so I will be a loyal customer as long as they are in business.”

“We have a lot of cool, high tech toys but I have to say my son and I get more enjoyment per dollar out of our King Song 18XLs than any other device we own. Not only are EUCs a great way to explore the world, but they are serious transportation everywhere we go. I have been wheeling for 4 years and I will NEVER be without one. Jason and the team at eWheels are always incredibly responsive and keep us rolling. Awesomeness.”

“I bought the in motion v11 from ewheels on backorder. Within days I had a tracking number and an estimated date of arrival. The process was smooth and easy. This is my first wheel and it is nothing less than incredible. Power pads are now on their way with a separate tracking number. Will definitely be a return customer! Thanks again”

“The guys at ewheels provided top notch customer service! Email responses were fast and they were super knowledgeable on the products. I felt like I was getting info. from a good friend. After being disappointed for various reasons by two other companies while trying to purchase an e-scooter, the guys at ewheels came in for the save! They were able to get my new scooter mailed out to me same day. I was super surprised and delighted when I received my scooter and they had included a few accessories! Thank you for making the buying process easy. I was happy to give you my cash! Lol”

“I am new to the EUC world and recently just received my new Inmotion v11. I previously ordered an EUC from another competitor and ultimately canceled my order outright. What is funny now is that I watched so many videos on YouTube and other social Media sites giving high praises about ewheels customer service. During this time I asked myself many times, why I did not order from them in the first place. Stepping out on faith I decided to try again and order another EUC. On May 26, I placed an order for the V11 from ewheels and was immediately satisfied with the customer service. What ultimately stood out to me about ewheels was the direct communication that I was getting from them. Thanks to the ewheels team and EUC community I was able to reaffirm that I made the right choice. What I really liked about my experience was the fact that I had the ability to monitor my shipment in real time on the cago ship. I watched with enthusiasm by seeing my unit ship half way around the world from China to the United States. In my professional opinion if you are in the business of purchasing an EUC, I would highly recommend the ewheels family. Thank you, M. Ellis”

“My charger came all "banged-up" by the shipper. Contacted eWheels and they were very responsive. They emailed me a return label, and once they received the damaged charger, we were able to work out a favorable outcome.”
