“I got this EUC for the family to learn on. I ordered it and it arrived very quickly. It’s a Christmas present, so it hasn’t been used yet. My past experiences with Ewheels has been nothing but positive. Can’t wait for my Sherman S :)”

“This is the second wheel I buy from Ewheels. My first was a ks 16s and now the Ks s18. Both wheelw have fubctioned so far without any issues. The 16 was a great wheel to learn on and to use While i am pkaying golf, the s18 is a very nice suspension wheel for those riders that ride casually in all types of terrain. The suspension is very adjustable and the weight is manageable to place and retrieve from my suv. While there other wheels with greater speed and greater distance they also weight close to 80 or 100 lbs. If you are looking for a suspension wheel for trips with in 30 miles this is the perfect wheel.”

“Best service in the business. Jason and his team really stand behind their products, and do wonderful things. I recommend them to everyone getting a new wheel. Other dealers are fine, but ewheels goes above and beyond by getting us safer batteries, qc inspections at the factory, and 3rd party certifications. I won't buy from anyone else.”

“I'll start out by saying I live in Maui Hawaii, I was trying to find an electric unicycle. It has been near impossible to find a company that would ship to Hawaii, all other companies wanted a flat $400 sea freight which would take 5-6 weeks. Ewheels had an option for 2 day FedEx at $308. I instantly purchased the wheel. This was evening my time and before I could even wake up the next morning I had a message from Jason stating FedEx couldn't send the wheel but they could ship aloha freight and would only take a week. He then stated aloha freight was cheaper than the $308 FedEx and reimbursed me the difference. I ordered on December 6th and my wheel comes today December 13th. I should also add they threw in free powerpads which they did ship FedEx, I got those on December 8th. So if anyone in Hawaii is second guessing ewheels, here's your reason, aloha 🤙🏽”

“I put it very simply: the ewheels team is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I ordered an Inmotion v11 and got an eta of about 2 weeks. It was at my door in 5 days. I was referred to ewheels by many of my fellow EUC buds and ill have to say I couldn't be happier.”

“I recently purchased the Inmotion V12HT for a Xmas present to myself. I shopped around a lot before the purchase and eWheels.com had the best price (Amazon, Eevee's, etc). I didn't know much about the company before the purchase so I was a little hesitant, but the communication/support I got before, during and after that purchase was excellent. Response time to all my questions was very fast. There was also a small gift from eWheels included in the box which was a total surprise. I haven't had the chance to ride the V12HT yet so not much I can review about that but so far 100% happy with my purchase. I would purchase from eWheels again.”

“Their costume service is a wonderful and is a perfect example of how costume service should be! There were delays in the shipping of the King Song 16X but they kept me informed the whole time. They were so pleasant and kind, even apologetic. They sent me a free cover for the electronic unicycle as compensation, which was so considerate. Thank you again so much. My husband recommended I purchase the electronic unicycle through eWheel.com and I am so glad I did, they are the best!”

“My purchasing experience was nothing short of delightful, and eWheels should be proud of it's staff. I had a few questions and concerns, and eWheels staff took the time to answer them thoughtfully, completely, and most importantly, honestly. It took a while for my wheel to come, but eWheels was forthcoming with the eta, which was pretty spot on. Once the manufacturing process was complete, eWheels sent an email showing testing and provided an update on the shipment progress. I would most certainly purchase from ewheels again.”

“There was a few month delay in getting my 16x but it was out of ewheels control. They kept me informed with status updates and even provided the ship tracking link when my wheel was loaded on a container. Excellent service. I will definitely be buying from them again!”

“Their customer support is great. I sent several emails asking about various aftermarket pedal dimensions. They installed those pedals on their own wheel, and reported back with pictures, all within a few hours! It doesn't get better than that.”

“Just bought my first wheel; an InMotion V12. I'm still learning to ride and I'm having a ton of fun. I spent a fair amount of time trying to decide what wheel to buy and who to buy it from. The customer service from eWheels has been nothing short of AWESOME! Jason took the time to answer a bunch of questions I had about the legality of riding in some areas of the US. He was also very gracious, when a few days after I received my wheel, there was a discount on the V12 and he credited me with the discount. This is customer service you don't see anymore. If you're on the fence about buying a wheel, I say go for it. I'd also recommend purchasing your wheel from eWheels. I know I'll be back to purchase from them!!”

“Just got my 2nd wheel through ewheels, & so far I’m beyond pleased with their services! On my previous wheel, they exceeded my expectations as far as taking care of any warranty issues, & on the second wheel, fast prompt service. Ordered wheel in the morning & it shipped out same day. I’ve even secured a pre-order for my 3rd wheel from them.”

“eWheels followed up on my order to ask what my scooter was to ensure compatibility. I responded with my model and they confirmed it would work with it, which was nice. Then they upgraded my shipping to 2 day. I received the charger and I'm very impressed by it. It has two dials, one for selecting between 1-5 amps and a second for selecting between 80, 90, or 100%. This makes this one charger have the capabilities of multiple chargers: fast and normal. The screen is also very helpful. This is a very nice product that I'm happy I bought.”

“I'm very new to this, but had heard of eWheels from watching YouTube videos and authors there had always been very positive about eWheels. I noticed they were running a sale on the euc I wanted which made it a better deal than Amazon. So, I gave eWheels a try. I had a question about ordering from them regarding the sale, so I emailed them first. They replied within a day. I ordered after that, and everything went very smoothly. The shipment was fast and I had no trouble. I would recommend them.”
