“This company never ceases to amaze me. My second wheel order from ewheels, my first being a V10 and now I recently got an S18. Initially ordered too soon for funds to be ready, ewheels cancelled and refunded right away. When I finally made the true purchase Jason and the team were so reliable for responses. Every question I threw at them, they could recommend a solution or offer further clarification. My wheel was safely packaged and included the wrist guards as usual. The protective cover I ordered came super fast in 2 days, and the wheel came 2 days earlier than expected! I plan to stick with this company should their customer service and speed continue. Superb!”

“Wow what a wheel! Initially I had some issues with a defective motor but Ewheels fixed my problem lickety-split. They overnighted a new Sherman motor and set me up with Nick Nims @ The Float Factory in Seattle, WA and he quickly swapped out motors and my new Sherman is running like a new Sherman should! This thing is too much fun! Thanks again Ewheels.”

“Transparency and information is what makes eWheels such a great website. With a market as small as it is, it's important to have clear information available so you don't feel like you're buying from some shady Chinese website for a niche product with the hope that someday you'll get your wheel. Excellent customer service and product expertise as well, it's not overhyped. I'd like them to update the website a little. Some charts have slightly older or odd information. Like as of the time of writing this review, the S18 and V11 pages each have a comparison chart that looks the same and compares the same factors but some of the rows data are different on each of the pages.”
