“I am a long time rider of most things electric. Mainly hoverboards,the guys at E Wheels let me know that I was in for a whole new thrill. Besides actually communicating with you before and after your purchase arrives, this is a true team of people that WANT to make sure it gets to you(the wheel) as fast as humanly possible and with as much info about everything you may ask. Evensome that you don't ask. Not only that, the video from E Wheels was by far the best I watched on learning how to ride my EUC. I was up on my EUC and freerolling in about 20 to 30 minutes and was able to cross an entire soccer field within an hour. TO ALL AND ANY NEW RIDERS With these guys in your corner you can't go wrong, THE THRILL IS ON, THANKS GOING OUT THE THE GUYS THAT HOOKED IT UP SO FAST William Grose and Drew Baughman.”

“My Gotway Mten3 was delayed by more than a month, though I expect that eWheels has no control over how long shipments from China take. I will say that every inquiry I had regarding the shipment, payment, or other wheel-related questions were answered same-day, with helpful information by the eWheels staff.”

“Well let's see. I'm a brand new rider so: eWheels is everywhere mentioned in the EUC web world. Website is clear and informative. All my email inquiries were responded in friendly and familiar ways. I was kept up to date by their emails about the arrival of China shipments. After I received my wheel and had newbie questions, they were great, and answered the phone w/o fuss or wait. So far my experience has been exemplary.”

“Ordered a RS19 High Torque and a mTen3 84v black edition from eWheels and it was the best. Also love their power pads so much that when I got a monster pro from a local guy, i ordered their power pads despite having already purchased a set from the local guy. Good guys, excellent communication, this is how customer service and products sold, is done. None better than ewheels!”

“This company is really the friendliest I have ever worked with. They've got a super reputation on the EUC forums, Facebook groups and my in-person riding group. Everyone knows they're the best.
