Every transaction went very smoothly and I received each order less than 24 hours later (because I live so close to their warehouse). “The KS-16S was received in 7 days on the east coast as promised. Packing was good with no damage. eWheels representatives were very prompt in replying to my emailed questions. I would have preferred to talk with them directly, but I could not find a phone number to call.”
