“eWheels is amazing! I ordered a V12HT. I couldn't believe how fast it arrived. It was shipped and delivered within a few days. This is my first wheel, and I couldn't decide between the Inmotion V12 or the King Song 18XL. I emailed eWheels, and Jason reached out to me to explain the differences. He never told me what wheel to buy, but because of his straightforward explanation, it was easy to make up my mind. I am so excited to get better at this hobby. I will happily buy from eWheels in the future. Absolutely amazing company.”

“I'm writing this review for the prompt service from eWheels. I ordered an Inmotion V12HT which was delivered on time with no damage to the shipping box and item. I also received the powerpads a few days before from their other location. I really appreciated the welcome email to get me situated when the wheel arrived and what to expect. I may be new to this hobby but I know excellent service when I see it. The attention to detail and making sure the customer is taken care of is huge in my book. Thank you eWheels!!”

“I've been a member of the EUC community since the IPS Zero, released in 2015. I've watched the company quickly gain an exemplary reputation that remains to this day. They are the only company that consistently leverages orders with the manufacturers to push for important standards for safety, something the entire community benefits from. When I finally had the money to buy a new wheel (rather than used) I immediately turned to eWheels. They've been incredible in communication, sourcing parts, and making the EUC ownership experience seamless in an otherwise unstructured and rather niche community. Hats off to Jason and his team.”

“Ewheels is the most responsive out of any euc dealer, they also care about their customers and strive to make the wheels they recieve more safe than what the manufacturer intended. They demand safety and security from the manufacturers and as a consumer in grateful. They also repair the wheels if and when they break because of user error, or if something malfunctions. Ewheels is just the best, I've bought 7 wheels and 1 scooter from these guys. They are my go to for a sublime experience!”

“I was in the market for a new EUC (I come from the onewheel world) and had heard that Ewheels has a great reputation for both great products and great service. I am new to the EUC world and was very hesitant to drop $3200 on a wheel but after quite a bit of research and after quite a few email exchanges with Jason, I decided to go with the Begode Master with the Litech long range battery and I couldn't be happier!! Jason has been extremely patient with me and my questions and walked me through every step. I now have 60 miles on my wheel and I can't wait to see where my wheel takes me next!! 100% recommend Ewheels and if I ever have the need for another wheel (I have a V12 and an Mten3), I definitely will be calling the homies at Ewheels!!”

“Just received my sixth wheel from eWheels … a Master 40T … wow, 7 years in to this new way to groove and I am stultified at the the smooth ride (my 1st suspension EUC) and delighted with the effortless power .. a super sweet wheel and 150 km in 100% QC so far .. hoping to have the bon chance I’ve had with my previous wheels!! “There's a lot of praise for eWheels on the internet. Fortunately, I haven't had to put their support to the test yet. My Inmotion V12 HT arrived quickly and all has been working as expected. I've ordered some additional parts from eWheels (seat and honeycomb pedals), cause their prices were significantly better than Amazon's even with shipping costs which eWheels decided to refund after ordering - I think the website charged for shipping accidentally. But IMO, their action to correct this without me bringing it to their attention speaks to their credibility as an honest business. I also feel more confident with my purchase from eWheels knowing that they've built a reputation for providing great customer service for the products they sell. I have 0 complaints and I intend to continue ordering from them in the future.”

“This is the second wheel I buy from Ewheels. My first was a ks 16s and now the Ks s18. Both wheelw have fubctioned so far without any issues. The 16 was a great wheel to learn on and to use While i am pkaying golf, the s18 is a very nice suspension wheel for those riders that ride casually in all types of terrain. The suspension is very adjustable and the weight is manageable to place and retrieve from my suv. While there other wheels with greater speed and greater distance they also weight close to 80 or 100 lbs. If you are looking for a suspension wheel for trips with in 30 miles this is the perfect wheel.”

“Best service in the business. Jason and his team really stand behind their products, and do wonderful things. I recommend them to everyone getting a new wheel. Other dealers are fine, but ewheels goes above and beyond by getting us safer batteries, qc inspections at the factory, and 3rd party certifications. I won't buy from anyone else.”

“I'll start out by saying I live in Maui Hawaii, I was trying to find an electric unicycle. It has been near impossible to find a company that would ship to Hawaii, all other companies wanted a flat $400 sea freight which would take 5-6 weeks. Ewheels had an option for 2 day FedEx at $308. I instantly purchased the wheel. This was evening my time and before I could even wake up the next morning I had a message from Jason stating FedEx couldn't send the wheel but they could ship aloha freight and would only take a week. He then stated aloha freight was cheaper than the $308 FedEx and reimbursed me the difference. I ordered on December 6th and my wheel comes today December 13th. I should also add they threw in free powerpads which they did ship FedEx, I got those on December 8th. So if anyone in Hawaii is second guessing ewheels, here's your reason, aloha 🤙🏽”

“Having to change parts on a $4500 doesnt look great but i was told ahead of time. Still, just put the stuff on. Your basic consumer wont be able to get the air shock on. No directions or videos on how to install the rear air shock is infuriating considering that most people dont carry the proper tools to do this kind of work. Kick stand fell off the second day I used it. I put a little silicone on it. No problem. Quality control?? Scooter looks good and hopefully when i start to open it up, has no problems. Employees were nice and everyone was a pleasure to work with. Constructive criticism- just get some instructional videos going on, or some kind of directions on the stuff you send without having to ask for it. Other than that, im happy and i have already promoted the company several times from people asking about where to get the scooter. Just step it up a smidge, and you guys will be great. Merry christmas ewheels.”
