“The entire process from pre ordering to receiving the Lynx was easy on my end to be honest. Im pretty new to EUC and this kept being the place to go and I hyped myself up and pulled the trigger. Communication from pre order to just before shipment when it got state side was great so I knew when to expect it and it was sent with the additional accessories immediately so I was bombarded with presents from fedex. Totally happy with my purchase and experience with ewheels and no doubt will do business in the future as I have no reason not to.”

“Received the Bodyguard (cover) for my MTEN4 very promptly and in excellent condition, and it fits nicely for the most part. I also received the trolley handle, but the two had to be modified to work together. Over all I am very pleased with eWheels, and like the wide selection of parts available online for my unit.”

“I should apologize to Jason for not writing reviews for my previous purchases. I’ve purchased an Inmotion V10F, a Kingsong 18S (not to be confused with the S18), a Kingsong 18XL, and most recently a Leaperkim Sherman S, all through Ewheels. The customer service that he provides and the peace of mind that it provides is worth every penny spent. On my first purchase (V10F), I had a fuse burn out on the motherboard a couple of weeks after I’d first bought it and after emailing him about it, I received a new one two days later. I had a problem with one of the software updates on the 18XL, and he promptly emailed the instructions and link to reset it back to factory settings. I have fortunately not had any problems with any of the other wheels. They have all been great wheels and I like the fact that parts are readily available through Ewheels. You might be able to find lower prices elsewhere but just ask yourself “if I have a problem, how am I going to get it fixed?”. A warranty might be useless if you buy a wheel directly from China. Even if you have a solid contact you could be looking at 4-8 months turnaround time. Jason has also been great on giving me prompt and honest updates of time estimates when he is waiting for shipments to come in. Everyone one that’s asked me about EUC’s has been advised by me, to “buy through Ewheels”. The Sherman S I recently purchased works fantastic so far. I haven’t had much time to really put it through the paces and I’m not an “extreme” rider so I’m not expecting any problems - but again, if I do have problems, I don’t have any concerns about where I can turn for support. I’ll be using the Sherman to commute to work once the weather gets better. Again I just want to reiterate that the service/support from Ewheels is worth every penny extra I might pay over other competitors. That’s not to say everyone else doesn’t have good customer support, but when I find a business like Ewheels, they’ve gained a customer for life with me. Again, sorry Jason/Ewheels , for not giving you a review before. Good customer service is often hard to find and when I do find it, I sometimes fail to give the recognition that’s deserved.
