“Ewheels was excellent to deal with from start to finish. I had questions about the differences between the Inmotion V14 and the Veteran Patton. I was able to call and speak with someone knowledgeable who took the time and gave me good honest information. Speaking with a real person who takes the time to answer questions makes all the difference. I went with the Patton and they had it delivered to me lightning fast. I love this wheel! Thanks guys.”

“I originally bought the veteran Abrams from e-wheels. The unicycle turned out to have a critical flaw in its programming. E-wheels reached out to me about the flaw and made sure that I was able to implement a correction when the correction didn't work e-wheels allowed me to send the product back and pick out a product of comparable value, maybe even higher value which was the kingsong s22 Eagle. All products have their states and the weaknesses in this case the product required some significant maintenance. However, it's a wheel that I love and salvaging provide me significant discounts despite me being out of warranty on batteries on a motor and I was unable to detach motor brackets, suspension sliders, and rear kickstand support they sent these products to me at a significant discount, always providing free shipping and always refunding me a portion of my purchase and Ithat was just to be nice. Have to say that they respond to me within hours of every inquiry I've ever had them. Jason is the best.!!!”

“I am new to the EUC world and come from ESK8 and let me tell you, eWheels is the best in the business! The quality of service they provide and that I received, EXCEEDS all the GOOD reviews out there! The pre-sales and after sales service I received was amazing. I had lots of questions and they answered every single one of them! They even helped me sort out any reservations i had with the wheel i was wanting to order. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and know their stuff and you couldn’t ask for anyone better.”

“I'm a long time customer of eWheels (about a decade) purchasing electric unicycles from them for personal use. I've also used them for various repair needs too. They have been very cordial and business professional and I trust and recommend them regarding personal electric vehicle sales and maintenance advice. I consider them the best EUC dealer to conduct business with in the USA. My most recent purchase were some pads for my Sherman S, which you can see on the side of the EUC in the attached picture.”

“A few problems actually: I ordered the street tire, it came with the knobby. This unicycle has a solid axle, the threads on the motor wire side are stripped. It is possible that I stripped them, but I don't think so. I used thread locker and a shop press to hold it tight while it dried. It is working for now, but I don't trust it. I may use some kind of epoxy and then re-thread the axle. Everything else is in great shape.”

Sorry to hear about those issues, but the Commander listed on the website is only available in a knobby tire. The only purchase selections for the machine are for the motor type, not the tire. In any case, we're glad the rest of the machine is in good shape. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and for the 5-Star review!

“I wanted to wait a short while before I wrote my review. I wanted to make sure that I was enjoying the experience. I bought my first EUC from eWheels. It was a great experience. The v11 arrived quickly and in perfect shape. The price was comparable to other brands but eWheels kicked in some free accessories. The customer service team at eWheels was quick in answering my emails prior to the EUC arrival. That made me feel good. I had just put 2K on a product from a company I had never done business with. So responsiveness mattered.”

“You don't find customer service this good in pretty much any other industry. eWheels is responsive, informative, eager and easy-going. Other riders regularly talk about how delighted and surprised they are when they contact eWheels support. “Great shipping time, no prodcut damage , this is my first wheel{although its 80 pounds) was a dumb decision on my part but I've managed to learn alot withing 3 days at around 30minutes. But great service, response, time,packing and 10/10 overall.”
