“I can’t recommend or speak any higher of EWheels. Great communication, service, warranty and pricing. My Sherman S is a fantastic wheel and I got it much quicker than expected. The EWheels team throwing in the pad set and seat kit was top tier. Great folks!”

“This was my first time shopping from ewheels, and it was an awesome experience. I ordered an EUC on Sunday night. It shipped the next day and I had it in hand just a few days later. Ewheels sent me an email shortly after my order to set expectations and give me a lot of helpful info, including providing links to several apps, which was really great as I am a first time EUC owner. I also reached out to them for some minor troubleshooting/questions, and they were super quick to respond and very friendly. The issue was related to the manufacturer’s app, and ewheels suggested an alternative app for them which I likely wouldn’t have found on my own. I will definitely purchase from them again in the future.”

“I was actually about to email the sales team to say thank you, but this request for review arrived and I couldn't be more pleased to advocate on behalf of the expert team at ewheels. When I saw ewheels had some aftermarket pads for the Master listed I purchased and received in 48 hours! crazy fast shipping time, my amazon packages don't even arrive that quickly where I live.”

“We had an issue with my Veteran Patton that was eventually solved. Got past a hickup with a phone call and a creative solution, that demonstrated that eWheels thinks about the customer experience, since the wheel was there, a part was upgraded. Bought an M4Ten recently, also from eWheels.”

“I have been a customer since November 2019 and bought 4 wheels through eWheels. I cannot even begin how much I appreciate their service. It takes the scariness out of dealing with chinese companies, as they are the perfect liason between the manufacturers and us riders. They are customer focused and extremely helpful with whatever problem you throw at them. They go out of their way to help and make sure that you as a customer are happy.
