“I've purchased a KS-16S and a MSX from eWheels. In addition I bought a new shell for the KS-16S and new pedals since I heavily abused the wheel while learning. Outstanding service on all accounts! eWheels is very responsive and extremely helpful. Thank you!”

“When I placed me order my wheel was on backorder but Jason kept me up to date as when he expected it to arrive and then shipped it out immediately. Much appreciated! When my wheel arrived I had issues with unlocking and I emailed Jason for help and he responded within 5 minutes. Awesome! He did this two more times for me until I got my wheel up and running. Great after the sale support, this is why I chose ewheels. Great all around experience and would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to purchase.”

“ewheels was very informative on their products but one thing I noticed was that they need to intail what exactly comes in the box. When looking at the Dualtron Thunder portion I thought the different shock cartridges were included it did not say anywhere that it wasn't. Also my e-scooter came a bit damaged during shipping but ewheels and their technician was able to help me solve the issue promptly over the phone. Overall I am a satisfied customer and would do busy with them again.”

“As I write this review, I have 702 km's/436 miles on this wonderful wheel. Zero problems, all fun. Jason made the purchase and delivery very easy. Thanks for your help. My second wheel purchase so far from ewheels. My third wheel will come from them as well.”

“I have purchased 3 wheels from ewheels. A king song ks14s, a v10f, and a king song ks18xl. And every time I have received the most top notch service. Since I have found this store, I only recommend going here to others and is the only place I want to use to get my wheels and parts”

“I've bought 2 wheels from ewheels now, and I don't see any reason to go anywhere else. They have a huge selection, they actually have those selections in stock, the prices are good, the specials and promotions are fantastic, the customer service is top notch, and delivery was fast and accurate. If you're looking to purchase a PEV then buying from ewheels is a no-brainer.”

“You may find cheaper prices for EUCs in North America, but in the end, it doesn't matter how good your distributor is: ALL EUC's run the risk of quality control / defect issues, being a niche product Made in China. Don't let a Joe Schmo seller leave you on an island to fight the far-away China-based manufacturer for warranty claims / repairs. Get peace of mind by purchasing your wheel from eWheels.com, no other seller in North America will fight to provide better support. I say this because I was once that customer who purchased a faulty wheel from a Joe Schmo distributor, in the end deserted for support, left to fight the manufacturer alone. (I basically ate the cost of said wheel in the end). Never again!”

“E-wheels is a good outfit. Strong communication effort ( shipping delays or whatever). The reason I did not give 5 stars is that on a previous order (Padding foam) I ordered 2 rolls of black foam but only 1 was shipped. A small thing, I know but there it is. N.Leonard”

“Delivered the day as promised, excellent packaging and prompt service! I ordered the turbo charger a couple weeks later and same result! I bought the Solowheel Glide 3 and am unregrettably addicted! Once I master this vehicle, I'm heading back to eWheels to get an upgrade!”

“Jason has the BEST awesome support for his customers, Mten3 speaker failed Jason sent a return shipping label and had it back to me with in the week!! Amazing service!! When there was a recall for water proofing V10F Jason sent return shipping and had it back to me with in a week. I even sent a trouble shooting video on a wheel that I didn't buy from Jason on a Saturday, by Sunday Jason replied with a solution. You can't get better service, I will not buy a wheel anywhere else but ewheel's. Where I live nobody has Electric Unicycles so I get a-lot of attention, I tell everybody the best place to buy is ewheel because of the customer service!!! Thank you Jason and ewheels for being so awesome!! Very happy customer, Davids Boatman”
