“I didn't have any interaction with the personnel at ewheels. I ordered my scooter online. They were very quick to ship and I had the scooter in a couple of days.”

“Awesome experience! Placed my order with ease in July. eWheels kept me updated throughout the process and months of chip shortages, port delays, unloading and shipping. That was never a time I didn't know what was happening and what the next move was all the way until delivery. Also, once confirmed, delivery came earlier than reported. Great company with great customer service.”

“Loving my gt se. Great communication from the minute I ordered the scooter, and it was received right on time well packed. Have put on maybe 10 miles so far, and very impressed with the speed and power. The suspension does a nice job, and I'm getting used to the sound of the solid wheels vs. air. Very happy with the purchase so far, and recommend ewheels! Thanks, Mark”

“I was waiting for an InMotion V11 to be available in stock for months at a competitor's store only to see it being delayed month after month. However, eWheels had them in stock which arrived at my front porch in a mere 3 days after ordering it. Before ordering, I had many questions for the sales and support teams which were all answered within 24 hours of the question being sent to them. I look forward to a long and fruitful "EUC relationship" with eWheels and I highly recommend them for beginners and veterans looking for a new PEV.”

“Paid for the Inmotion v12. Received the receipt and tracking the next day. A couple of days later, I received a box. I am from Hawaii, and the Inmotion v12 is intack. Packaging is durable. The V12 was 50% charged. First time riding and I fell hard. EUC is very durable. Happy with the delivery and the product.”
