“I bought a Panasonic Lumix camera. The ordering and delivery were excellent. I had a couple of questions and they were answered quickly. My only issue is apparently it is not covered by warranty as I can't register it. That's a disappointment. If not for that I would have given 5 stars.”

“Hello, great service in general. I like the site and I like that it's Canadian. My order arrived relatively quickly. But when I had an issue with my product and I communicated it to excellent photo it took the team a while to respond. In the end I contacted the manufacturer (SHAPE) and they sent me a replacement. Looking forward to shopping again at excellent photo for my camera gear in the future. Cheers.”

“My experience with Excellent Photo changed once I received my order. The product description on the webpage included a necessary cable for the video monitor I was purchasing, but it was not delivered with the order. Customer service simply passed it off and said the cable was not included in the accessories kit regardless if it was mentioned on their website. Simply put, I bought the cable from another online retailer and Excellent Photo still has not updated the product's webpage. Will not be ordering from here again.”

“Love the vest but the tightener on the camera loosens off and I am worried I will lose it. Any suggestions? The fit of the vest is great and I have lots of room for adjustment. It would be perfect if it wouldnt loosen off the back of the camera.”

“Excellent photo porte bien son nom, un excellent service, rapide, efficace, j'ai du effectuez un retour et ça n'a vraiment pas été comliqué, par contre j'aurai bien aimé qu'il m'offre le shipping de retour, j'ai du payer pour mon retour, mais bon, quand même, je recommanderai quand même ce magasin...”
